The manipulation in Fix-Factor UK is turning it into a hugely contrived circus like WWE (World Wresting Entertainment in the States).

I realise that many voters are kids and teens but how can so many people not see it for the circus that it is?

even more,because most wrestling fans know it's fake.

Wrestlings not fake man how dare you?!?!! Its sports entertainment!!!!! As for fix factor, it is indeed a circus with mostly mediocre singers and mediocre performers, one must remember pretty much every person or at least most who apply for the x factor will have already been trying to get signed for years, and probably been rejected by various record labels. X factor is infact a big circus of mediocre singers put together to make decent viewing but at the end of it all cowell wants someone who can make him a quick dollar, and will stop at nothing to get his chosen one to win.

Maybe most people just accept it and watch for the performances alone?

I don't really care if it's fixed, it's a Saturday night show I watch for the talent and performances... Me and my daughter enjoy it for what it is... If after the show, there is a successful artist or two then fair play!

Having lived on both sides of the Pond, I can honestly say the gullibility is about equal. The shows here are run pretty much the same, often by the same corporations or affiliates.

I think this is why the ratings have fallen from 16 million by half as the GBP actually wakes up to this.

No you're wrong I'm afraid. At least in the first few series they only allowed the judges to vote after the sing-off up to the quarter finals. From the semi finals onwards it was all based on the pubic vote because they recognised that anyone reaching the semis had done well enough not to be subject to judges' (producers') preferences. Now it's manipulated until the very end with judges votes, comments, singing order, song choices, staging etc.

For over 40 years!

Just need the public to realise how elections are rigged through media manipulations in the same way.
