if you look at her technically youd see her actual Cha-Cha was brilliant and I gave her the highest score of the weekend since I gave her an 8

I think Anastacia wasn't good at the Cha Cha, she lacked hip action plus the mistake, I don't think she'll do the Salsa well unfortunately.

Really? She was a bit slow, lacked hip action, she sometimes looked a bir bored too. Plus, she made a pretty obvious mistake in the middle.

yeah where was the mistake? there was lots of Cha-Cha-Cha content that I recognised as proper steps

Anyone else remember how the whole point of there being no elimination in week 1 was so we could see all the couples do a ballroom and a latin? No?”

To be fair, they went back on that one whole series after they started doing it, so I wouldn't expect consistancy now.

When she nearly fell flat on her face.

I actually liked it when half the contestants did the same ballroom dance and the other half did the same latin dance.

I appreciate that, but it was a little bit stiff. At least though, as you say John, plenty of content.

technically her cha cha was ok in places with foot placement wrong in some places - for week 1 it was ok but certainly not brilliant

It's going to be Peter Shilton all over again, white gloves and all.

I agree with that& yeah I was happy at how much recognisable content Brendan put in quite a number of proper Cha-Cha-Cha steps executed correctly

I agree . I really like her but her hip action is negligible .In her cha cha Brendan at one point was actually gripping her hips and pushing them to give the illusion that she was 'working it '. She wasn't though.
I think that Brendan will work on that this week and she'll make more of an effort in her salsa but it will be like last weekend, where she will start off quite promising and then fade out and lose the plot again.
It's not even lack of stamina in my opinion, it seems she just lost focus and went to pieces leaving Brendan to force her back in the saddle by manipulating her body and turns . This week she might be different , who knows .
