Now that we've resurrected Kathy I can't really come up with any strong contenders. I know Cindy gets mentioned often but really how could they reintroduce her into ordinary Walford life if she hadn't died?

Lucy Beale. If they had to kill off a Beale twin, it should have been Peter who has far less personality and potential and has been played by about 10 different actors.

Eastenders seem to be the specialists at this, sadly.
Pat, Pauline, Angie, Kathy (obviously), Michael Moon, Steve Owen, Derek Branning, Johnny Allen, and so on, and so on...

My dislike for Laurel is as strong as it is for Aaron. So I ff scenes with Laurel in. And before you say I miss great scenes by doing so, I don't consider any scenes with her in to be 'great' and I don't miss them at all

Bobby Simpson was the equivalent of Charlene in Neighbours back in the early days of H&A. Bobby was a massive character. How great would it be to have the occasional visit from Bobby nowadays? Maybe even as a foster mum herself after the influence of the original and the best foster mum and all round hero Pippa Fletcher! 🚤🚤🚤🚤💥

Awww Casey!! ❤️❤️❤️ Always the nicest Braxton brother. He didn't deserve to die. Couldn't they have shot boring half brother Kyle instead?!!!

Angie Russell one of Summer Bays best baddies of all time. A shame she couldn't return for further drama after being killed off - even though the actress returned playing Angie's indentical cousin Josie. Maybe the producers realised what a big mistake they had made!

Tom Fletcher the original dad of the Summerbay foster kids and husband to Pippa. How different would the show have been if he hadn't died in the early days of the show?

I really liked Denny and she was so sweet with Casey. It was such a shame they both ended up six feet under!! ⚰⚰⚰ Especially when we had annoying teens in the show like Oscar, Evie and Josh at the time!! Denny was a ray of sunshine 🌅🌅🌅
