Moto 4G problem
I have just bought a sim free Moto 4G from Tesco for £149.99 to use with my EE sim only contract.
Initial impressions of the mobile are very good....but there is an issue that the headphone socket works intermittently. I have used my headphones in other devices (including my wife's Moto E) with no problems. I have tried other headphones in my new Moto 4G....with the same issue. A search on the web suggests this is a common problem. There is a lot of communication on it on the Lenovo users' forum....the consensus is that it is a software malfunction that needs an update from the manufacturer. (Some of the posters are suggesting a short term solution involving a reboot with a headphone connected, but really Lenovo need to sort this......and soon.) |
