Can someone clear this up haha

Bit confused how it seems a free for all to who lives there

So Pat Butcher was left the house in a will from Andy. When Pat died who got it? Today though Tina said the lease has 6 months left. Who is the lease to as wikipedia says its a council house, which then brings us back to Pat been left the house in a will so it cant be a council house

Janine owns the house.

Pretty sure it went to Janine who rented it to Bianca and her brood. I wonder what she'd say about Stacey moving in

Also didn't Alfie and Kat buy Stacey's flat with their lottery win? They keep going on about paying rent though?

ah yes Janine I was scratching my head missing a link somewhere. Cheers. It was driving me mad wondering who they were paying

Janine bought the house from Pat. Bianca paid her rent although it wasn't market rate as Janine said she'd put the rent up if Bianca tried for housing benefit. Maybe Janine sold it on? Or maybe she's using an agent.

Janine likely transferred it to a letting agent to deal with all the admin.

Stacey is merely buying out the current lease. Cue a Christmas return of a furious Janine once she learns who her new tenant is?

That house must be cursed... Andy Hunter quite rightfully took it from Sam Mitchell, then he got murdered.

He left it to Pat who had to suffer Derek Branning in her dying hours. Horrible Bianca moved in with a paedophile, one of her many assorted children was a chicken nugget monster, and Liam is a known gang member who takes innocent young girls hostage in his bedroom.

Carol finally got some peace there until Horrible Sonia moved in.

No she never, she said they need a deposit and references for them. Referring to the letting agent

She mentioned the agent at the start of telling Martin about Tina moving out

Wellard 2 took over the leece for him and Di to move in. But there was some rewritten scripts and some harsh words and DTC dropped the plot.

yes, wasn't it something about Pat transferring a lot of money to her son in New Zealand and going absolutely skint, so Janine bought the house off her.

I hope if they do get the house they decorate it better than that wallpaper they have in the flat!

Well that's Stacey's words. Not sure why you are disputing it when I've even posted the link to the actual scene.

Your link wasn't to the scene? It was to iPlayer.

But I watched it back after you posted and she never said man at any point in her conversation with Martin

She said give them!

How was she even to know it was a man given that Tina said I spoke to the letting agent...

There was no man mentioned at all whatsoever
