Every show he is on he somehow makes it all about him. The guy loves the sound of his own voice. The main show feel's so much more credible simply just by having Dermot as presenter. Then we get to the Xtra Factor it's like Shit on the side all over again. The way he's over-familiar with everyone is cringe-worthy, referring to them as 'babe' or 'Derm'. I'd rather have Wagner or Chico than him. He's annoying as hell & not in a good way, especially that fake crying noise he does .. I thought Matt would be awful as well but he's actually not that bad.

Xtra Factor works best when it's able to take the piss out of the X Factor. When it tries to be too serious it just doesn't work. I don't like Rylan on Big Brother's Bit On The Side, but I'm loving him on Xtra Factor. Although, maybe I'm not a good judge as I also liked Konnie Huq and thought she was hilarious.

Completely agree, I don't buy his 'nicey nicey' act. His whole presence is aggrevating. He acts like he's a national treasure, he's cringeworthy in the extreme. Every time I hear his self centred awful voice I wanna stick pins in my ears. Can't believe they dropped Melvin for him. Melvin was funny & endearing, Rylan is the complete opposite..

He's a million times better than boz-eyed is he gay isn't he gay Matt Edmondson. Turns out he's married with a child, but wiki says he's never drunk a drop of alcohol in his life, so clearly he's a crank.

I disagree, I'm not a Rylan fan, but I feel, with Matt there, they balance each other well.

I think the Xtra Factor (Live) is the best its ever been, I also love how the are actually acknowledging the past by having past contestants singing, even mentioning Steve Brookstein!

There is less stupid games, more time to talk but still have some fun.,

I like him& find him entertaining as a number of others do
