Prankster tricks iPhone 7 users !
Epic Facepalm needed here ![]() Quote:
An online prankster has left hundreds of Apple fans fuming after convincing them to drill a hole into their brand new iPhone 7 to create a DIY headphone jack.
https://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/bu...r-phone/#page1Is it so wrong for me to find this highly amusing ?

Techrax isn't a "prank" channel though. Sure, he does some stupid things with the various iPhones he gets, but, to me at least, it's no more different to the other channels that do stuff like drop tests and "Can an iPhone survive an X foot drop encased in Y".

Not to mention screwing a metal vice onto your brand new phone is going to do it a lot of good.
![]() But seriously this is Darwin's Law in action. Those stupid enough to think that a hole just somehow becomes and 3.5 jack socket fully deserve everything they do to themselves. |

Of these sites, I wonder where they get the funding to spend hundreds just to instantly destroy the phone they are testing?
