I'm old enough to remember when Ann Heche still had a viable career.

What'll be the more mental TV tonight? This or the election? Is Trump a Skinwalker or a Feverhead?

Looks like we might have a cross over with Orange is the New Black...

OK let's get moving get those supplies and move on, so the lovebirds amble off for a nice casual stroll through the flesh eating plant infested woods and still find time for the old "that's not my hand" gag

For some reason I keep wanting soldier boy to be graphically devoured by some monstrous apocalyptic beast, does that make me a bad person?

Nice contradictory situation though - the possessed kid shoots himself to avoid harming anyone and the not-possessed mum going nutso at the drop of a hat. I think she took off her shades once too, always a bad sign.

Oh and apocalypse lesson no.241 always carry a gun, never go into a seemingly empty building without a gun, or talk to a definitely 'off' person without a gun, in fact always carry a gun. Also, in an apocalypse, always carry a gun.

The family called those escaped prisoners GRs or gone rogues which is somewhat hypocritical of them. After all they are thieves now as I don't imagine the food at the camp belonged to them and neither did the stuff at that supermarket a couple of episodes ago.

At least we've got rid of Amish Boy although Soldier Boy might just as well have a big target on his forehead

It seemed like there was the public explanation pretending the mother had not gone mental, balanced by the quietly spoken private word 'dad she went mental'...

But yes, hypocritical because that could all have gone so differently with only the actual dangerous prisoner(s) being shot for being unreasonable about divvying up the beans.

I suppose the main question now is... has the mother...

A) Been possessed by a Skinwalker
B) Become a Fever-head
C) Just gone totally postal as you would expect people to do in this situation

....or D/ She's just a tw*t in sunglasses
Which is exactly what that character has been through the entire series. I wasn't surprised at all by her actions, in fact, I barely saw a difference in her before the Aunts death and after. She's always been an arrogant, gun-toting arsehole. Very unlikeable and I'm glad the other characters are starting to see that now.

Genius girl was doing "the quick sex" all wrong. Trousers should have been off before they finished their sentences. They were still pecking each other 10 minutes later, fully clothed

Amish boy went out semi-bravely. Kudos. Thought he would have taken someone else out before he blew his brains out.

Agree with everyone before. The only difference between our family and the other GR's are that we're following them and have their viewpoint. The prison girls probably thought the Copelands were a bunch of crazy, thieving, murderous douches (which they are ) In a better series it would be less obvious and we'd worry about them instead of seeing that they are as bad (if not worse) than what they've been fighting.

What was up with the trained shapeshifters. I mean, ffs, it's hard enough telling the feverheads and skinwalkers apart. Now we have this lot too!

Shame Wayne Brady is gone, he actually had something resembling charisma. I liked the crazy teacher too.

Add Volcanoes to the tick sheet.
Love this crazy show. It's absolutely terrible.

A better show would have started this episode from the point of view of the prisoners

The Filipino shapeshifters appeared in an episode of Grimm

I thought the family already had plenty of supplies, and if not, it really made no sense that they would refuse the supplies offered by the ex-military guy and go off to some summer camp to get some instead. What made them think it wouldn't already have been looted? But of course it was just for the sake of the episode's plot.

When blonde girl in the orange suit gets dragged under the motorhome by the Japanese killer plant, her dark haired buddy appeared to just randomly fire under the motorhome in the direction of her friend which would almost certainly have killed her before the plant would have done. I suppose she was meant to be firing at the plant but surely she should have ran round to the other side of the home and not just let loose like that. To me that's incredibly poor direction. The actress didn't look like she could handle the gun properly either!

I thought the trapped girl shouted out "Kill me" so the other one did?

There really should be a few obviously comedic moments as surely the whole programme is supposed to be a comedy? It reminds me at times of the film Airplane! and other parody films/programmes.

This series is absolutely bonkers, but I can't stop watching it! I think the thing that keeps me going back every week for the next episode it to see what level they have turned the crazy up to.

Opening lines of this ep sums the series up: "It's overheated. It won't start".

All getting way too godbothery and where'd they find the poor man's Matthew McConaughey?

I'm a bit lost, that guy is an angel? And why was that sniper there? Just seemed a bit random.

They do get through boyfriends, those girls

Soldier Boy was toast as soon as he mentioned the L word to Genius Girl

Soldier Girl was toast as soon as she started talking about her dead soon

Genius Girl reminded us she was a genius by using some unnecessarily long word

The man had been a Mormon (the book thereof apparently in his bag) I think but he mentioned his monastery was gone in the blink of an eye and then there's the shaved head, and no shoes and talking about the void where there is no time, I was thinking a buddhist monk. Then add the wax-on, wax-off style healing and living many lifetimes and I think that's got to be a definite.
Though I hadn't expected a prayer wheel on the ground like that, especially one that's an express elevator to hell, or at the very least a teleporter with a distinct downward direction

And to this I will say "thankfully!" - for a moment I was worried it was going to continue heading off into teen soap territory but we have - for the moment at least - been spared

And Mrs Mom will be spared of course by virtue of having fallen down that deep pit along with a load of rocks and broken loads of bones. Or possibly just got a few bruises, a slight limp and a bit of a cough

But she gave them to her daughter - this is clearly some serious symbolic thing, or she had a slight touch of clairvoyance and knew they would be in danger and so made sure they would be out of harm's way.

What a shock, the one person who didn't want to pick up the hitchhikers got killed by them. Cant say Im sad he's gone, the mushy love stuff was really grating. Also did I hear him say he was 28!? Anyway, another dead boyfriend, the other sister can be happy now that genius girl is miserable like her.

I'm not even going to get into the spirit circle or whatever the **** that was. How the heck would a character like Ann Heche's be considered pure enough to use it and she barely put up a fight for it. And it looked like the bald bloke got shot in the shoulder, hardly a kill blow.

Moron son is now a complete monster. I assume he had a secret crush on soldier boy as the reaction to hang the shooter seem massively over the top considering they only met a couple of episodes ago. He barely moved when the prisoner last week said they'd killed his sister but for this guy he was willing to hang a blubbering woman.

I must've tuned out at that point. What would this show be without those ****ing shades?

I wonder if they are from the same company who made Horatio Caine's "Sunglasses of Justice" in CSI Miami

I would wish to respond to this suggestion in the affirmative but am having trouble with the precise phonetic construction of such an answer, given that the tonality forms such a critical part of the appropriate delivery.

But I'll need to look at this one later too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sarYH0z948

edit : though interestingly the one I was actually looking for does not appear in the mobile results set...

I loved the bit when the hitchhikers started nitpicking the plot and saying it made no sense.

I was surprised that Karen didn't give the prayer wheel a try after Jane disappeared, just in case it worked for her.
