Ross and Charity ED
Horrible storyline apart they have so much more chemistry than she and Cain have.
I don't get why they seem to want to push this inbred relationship with them, he is much better with Moira. |

Charity ruins any partner she has though I didn't mind her with Jai. I actually think they were a good pairing but please don't let her ruin Ross and PLEASE don't let her get back with Cain.

What is it with people wanting to pair Ross up with someone all the time? It's either Chrissie or Charity!?
If Ross does end up with Charity, it'll only be to add more drama for when Debbie returns which i prefer tbh (i know i'm in the minority on this board) |

Despite it being shoddy, Ross one liners was funny and on point.

hmm thug Barton shows many more redeeming features than Charity does
He attacks defenceless women and beats up pensioners. He attempts murder and takes advantage of drunken females. |

He is one of the best characters in the show.
. All to line his own pockets because he's too bent, idle and plain can't be arsed to earn it honestly. Best character my eye, he really couldn't get much worse!

In his defence at least he wasn't planning on selling the dog to some shady breeder or dog fighting type, but the whole episode showed him in a really bad light, much more so than Charity, who couldn't t have cared less about the dog. IMHO it was because Emma Atkins did much better with the poor material than Michael Parr. I found the delivery of a lot of his lines really awkward - it came across like he was embarrassed to be saying them ( can't t blame him for that though
). Sorry, I think he is a good actor in general. As for Ross, he's so half-arsed at everything he does, except for mugging people. The dogs were lucky he didn't t just batter them over the head. For a master criminal who's s never been caught he's s remarkably bad at doing any sort of crime without a baseball bat in his hand. |

Dognapper Dross thinks it's ok to steal people's pets, lock them up, demand large amounts of money for claiming he's 'found' them and if the owner can't cough up, just throwing them out, without giving a toss about what happens to them or the upset and anguish he'd cause to the owner
. All to line his own pockets because he's too bent, idle and plain can't be arsed to earn it honestly. Best character my eye, he really couldn't get much worse! |

You cannot be serious.

Well from what I can remember she was hardly paralytic, she clearly had a few but she knew full well what she was doing. If it hadn't of been Ross who she got with it would of been someone else. |

The storyline was really bad, I still think the chemistry between them is quite good. I think the problem with Ross' character is that Kate Oates turned him into a psycho last year who was just consumed with bitterness and getting revenge on Pete. Now the new producer seems to be toning him down a bit and showing the light hearted side of him. Now its about deciding what direction they go in with him, whether they reform him completely or whether he keeps on doing stuff like this. The thing I'm enjoying is his relationship with Moses, IMO he does actually love him.

But surely there's a middle ground? It's s like two different characters! It reminds me of what EastEnders did with Billy when he first arrived, except at least they hadn't spent years showing us he was a psycho, only to turn him into a nice guy!
