EE: Honey Mitchell/ Emma Barton
I have always loved Honey although felt there was some suspect writing for her in the first stint, since her return though I think she has been a revelation and should be more towards the forefront of the show, a fantastic, sweet character who can be funny and serious and endearing all in the same scene.
What do you guys think? I'm a paid up member of the Honey fanclub myself

Honey slotted in naturally upon her return, and it was nice to see her and her morals when the show appeared to have lost its moral fibre. I love the family dynamic and I hope that she stays on the show for a long time.

I thought this was going to be some strange thread comparing Honey to the Emmerdale character Emma Barton lol
Anyway, I agree, Honey has been excellent

She's great. I'd love to see a storyline where, before Pam leaves, she talks to Honey about her time as a social worker and Honey realises that it's something she'd like to train to do. Like Pam she has that warmth and compassion with 'lost kids' that would make her perfect for the role.

I was delighted when they brought Honey back. She's a joy to have around and one of those rare people who gets their priorities right. She's got Phil's card marked too, doesn't take his nonsense.

Shes very maternal and has strong qualities. She should never have been axed in the first place but has c9me back as a stronger person. |

Oh just remembered about Una Stubbs. I wonder if they would bring her back full time. With Babe, Claudette and Pam off there is a gap.

I like Honey a lot, it's nice to see a nice character with some morals I hope one day her and Billy get to leave that grotty little flat, I've always hated that placeQuote:

Honey is a great character, and Emma Barton is a very natural actress.
Hope we get to see Una Stubbs again too. |

Honey is easily one of my favourite characters. She's kind, moral and sympathetic yet she has a backbone and doesn't take any nonsense. Compared to some of the other characters, she's a breath of fresh air.
I love the little unit of Honey, Billy and the kids too. So natural and realistic, without being dull. |
