I personally don't think there's any obvious duffers this year but I don't think il be needing my favourite pro on speed dial for long, her Cha-Cha was terrible on ITT

It was actually pretty decent

Indeed no duffers but no big 'novelty' act either and no big stand out obv winners either - which I think makes this year unique and very exciting.

^^^AGREE ! I love this and totally agree and I am loving the fact that there is no novelty act and no real stand out obvious winner. Every year on FB and forums people have a little winge about the novelty and ringers and wish for a more even playing field and this year I think we have an even playing field, ok so not even , even but i think more even than in past years (I have been a total scd geek and researched all contestants to check out past acting / music / dance creditials) and it quite exciting and is making guessing the highest score and bottom 2 quite a challenge .

After watching Waites Wednesday Warm Up I am predicting the following :

Highest Scorer - Daisy & Aljiaz - The Cha cha looked pretty good if she can pull it off she should top the leader board
Lowest Scorer - Ed & Katya - The charlston is normally a good "saver" dance as you can get away with a few minor slip ups but I don`t think he is fit enough to carry it off
Bottom Two - Melvin & Janette v Ed & Katya - I think Melvin is hampered by his lack of popularity and also think the Tango to M People is rubbish !
Eliminated - Ed & Katya

To be honest this is the first year I don`t really want anyone to leave as they all seem to be really into the spirit and all totally come across excited to be there and as though it is a privilage not a chore for cash !

I'm not sure Ed with a Charleston can beat Melvin's Tango in a dance off. If Melvin was doing latin and Ed ballroom, I think it would probably be a different result. But Ed to go.

To be fair, there is a lot more confidence on here of the survival of Ed than poor old Melvin.
