Someone really needs to tell Catherine Tate that she isn't interesting enough to be able to not make a long drawn out anecdote sound as dull as ditch water.

IMO, Jude Law was a bit of a yawn and the red chair has been disappointing lately. |

F.U. Tom Cruise. You wouldn't even go along with a stupid little skit for the opener? You Xenu-fearing wank***.
He did a very elaborate sketch last week on The Late Late Show with James Corden (re-enacting his entire career in a few minutes). He also did a lip sync battle on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last year too. So I don’t think it’s a case of him thinking he’s above anything like that. |

I thought it was OK, it contained 2 songs, 3 impressions, lots of laughs from the audience and 2 rounds of applause. I've heard a lot worse.

I know, right? But it's Tom and he can do no wrong. Whole thing's just a big cover up and everyone just licks his arse
I didn't see too many people commenting on it at the time, perhaps as a British fave actress she can do no wrong... |

Bumping up the thread for this week with Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne, Bryan Cranston and LeAnn Rimes.
In two weeks, the guests will be, so far, Rosamund Pike, Michael McIntyre and Coldplay. |

I found it funny how Tom kept turning to Jude for some heterosexual affirmation that his experiences were the norm. "You've held your breath right?" You've been flying in a MIG right?".
And I must admit he seemed to be applauding TOO enthusiastically at Catherine Tate's grandmother story - like he didn't really get it, but he wanted to show he appreciated it. That said, I'm a huge fan of Cruise, so it's not really a criticism. |

I thought it was a great show tonight, good fun and the guests got on well. Bryan Cranston was really fun and I'm in total agreement that he's sexy! I didn't realise he was the dad in MITM and I used to watch it when I was younger. He's definitely got better with age.

No interest in the boring posh boy English actors.
Cranston should have been the main guest. |

Great show, Cranston was brilliant (a revelation in fact). Cant normally stand the two bumbling posh "luvvies" but they bounced off Cranston well. Really enjoyed it.

I'm the opposite, I had no interest in Cranston and his tall tales but thought Eddie Redmayne in particular was great.

LeAnn Rimes making the same wardrobe faux pas as she did on the Strictly results show - don't wear a revealing dress when you are flat chested!

Women who have bigger breasts are put down for looking "trashy" in more revealing dresses and now small breasted women can't do it either. |

Not a fan of the two Brits even though I can't fault Eddie's acting, but by far the highlight was Cranston. He was fantastic.

Cranston was fantastic.
So down-to-earth and friendly. Can't believe he's 60 either! He looks great. Redmayne is just annoying. |
