if it's a journey, then I think Danny has already been there on his holidays every year

He certainly has a lot going for him. Good dancer, handsome, male. All ticks for this shows demographics.

Much like Jay last year, his extensive dance experience is being brushed over which is irksome when female contenstants are always (and currently) lambasted. But selective sexism is part of the Strictly parcel.

Their jive is going to be ace.

Yep, the people with the most experience are better than those without.

I'm not sure why we should 'all' vote for them.

Jay was continually attacked on these boards last year. Some posters were relentless with their vitriol. I hope the Danny isn't subjected to the same this year, nor anyone else for that matter.

You could tell the difference between him and Greg Rutherford for example. Very smooth dancer.

He is fantastic and personally I love to watch great dancing.
I also thought, that against my better judgment, Ed Balls was one of the most engaging things on there, almost cute 🤔🤔 good standard generally though

It will take more than that to make him the winner. I'd be happy enough for Oti though. Danny has the moves .. but will he be popular enough? .. it's a strong field.

He is definitely the best dancer. Otis is my favourite professional so its good to see her paired with someone who can dance

I just love him

He is very pidgeon toed (he reminds me of Ricky Whittle in that way) which I am surprised Craig hasn't mentioned yet which is a surprise.

But I love him

I also loved Ricky Whittle

I wasn't talking about this board, which is full of people who are quite passionate about the show. I mean more in the general public sphere where the pretty young ringahs tend to get ALOT more vitriol.

And I followed this board last year and Jay got off lightly compared to Natalie G and Denise VO.

I think when he doesn't win he will also demand a recount. *giggle*

In all seriousness though, here is to a vitriol free year and a few outstanding Argentines. I miss them.

His Viennese waltz was a bit disappointing I thought. His hold/posture looked a bit lacking in strength and volume and Len was right about his head position. Nevertheless the overall standard of his dancing is very good and I am liking him quite a bit more than I thought I would.

Had never heard of the guy

Swallowed the line about how nervous he was in the 3 week practice period and thought last week, hope he does well!!

He came out and had me open mouthed with amazement

Tonight - even more so!!

Fabulous. Hot.

And a looker too..........will go far without my votes which are currently used between Greg, Judgey and Ed.

Danny is a good dancer but a cold fish for me. He's quite mechanical.

So did I!

Looking forward to some good Argentines too, I like it when they are kept till the latter stages - think the Charleston should be in the latter stages too

He's pretty much the tour guide, if you ask me.
