I don't mean to put a downer on this thread - I don't personally have a problem with it - but this is a genuine question: why are women and gay men apparently given a free pass to make the kind of comment which would likely bring down the fires of hell on a heterosexual man, if he said similar things about a female pro or contestant?

If the thread title were for instance "Oti's tits are...," followed by four pages of comments from straight men extolling the virtues of the aforementioned and what they'd like to do with them, would it be received with the same good humour?
