Have a look at her first audition and her second JH song on youtube and you'll get polished.”

Her second song is great, and I think it's a shame she didn't make it. I'm just saying that Simon's decision makes sense - he was probably concerned she would stumble and forget the words during the lives.

I think she's the best talent of a weak series this year. Just needs a bit more experience. Hopefully she'll pursue a career outside of XF and get signed. But Simon can't be blamed for thinking she wasn't ready for the lives now.

Are you Simon's PR rep? Sorry but your post is just pure fantasy. She was set up to fall as she was seen to be too much of a threat to the chosen one.

Who's the chosen one?

There are other threads which will give you an insight into this. Matt and his broken heart seems a popular theory

I really disliked her version of this haunting, passionate George Michael song, I really don't think it suited her she used farrrr too much power its actually a song best sung softly, with brief moments of power.

I am well aware they probably tripped her up and edited to make her look bad but they can't edit in something that didn't happen. If she hadn't froze when the piano player messed up, they couldn't have shown her freezing. It was a nasty trick which she fell for. If she had continued on without stopping Simon would struggle to justify sending her home or if she stopped the performance and made the piano guy start again, Simon may have admired her for her determination to be perfect and she may have stayed.

Also, in her first audition she appeared to get emotional before finishing the song. That is two performances Simon witnessed her struggling to get through. Maybe he genuinely thought she wasn't ready?

As for not showing her other performance, it is a tv show, they will pick the performance which will cause the most drama. Cher Lloyd apparently nailed her other judges houses performance but they showed the one she didn't complete. This lead to a fragile teenage girl becoming the centre of a scandal and a hate figure but they still didn't show the other performance to try and calm the storm so Why would they show the other performance of a contestant they were not even sending through?

There is no shame in freezing when such a dirty trick is played in a high pressure environment. Most of the other contestants didn't have to deal with that but most would have froze also.

You really don't understand why the are asked to sing two songs at JH do you. It's so the producers can pick the performance which best supports their decision to send an act through or home. Crucially, those decisions are made before JH takes place so the two songs just gives the producers more material to choose from. I don't know about the Cher Lloyd thing - its just hear'say
