If I go to the gym in the morning I'll have protein shake after and maybe some fruit or chicken. If I'm not at the gym I might have eggs or beans on toast

I alternate between berries with double cream and Greek yoghurt and a omelette with lots of butters cheese avocado and peppers.

Fruit/nut Granola in the week.

Poached eggs on toast normally at weekends. Sometimes croissants or crumpets.

This weekend i made mushrooms, oak-smoked chirizo and fried egg on toast and it was lovely.

Weetabix on work days; I don't put a lot of thought into that. At weekends toast and marmalade, or muesli, or porridge, or if it's a late start I might have an egg-based brunch - fried or poached, on toast and usually with beans.

Just Gruyere or other ingredients as well, because Gruyere on toast is not Welsh Rarebit.

I try to make sure it's mainly protein and fat and low on carbs to keep my blood sugar in check. Cereal is out - massive spike up to 18 from 2 weetabix, so it's usually fresh eggs and black pudding or sausages, often with homemade wholemeal bread (I avoid shop bought white).

My mate here at work this morning brought in a frozen breakfast he made in batches in the week.

I had no idea you could freeze a combination of sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, hash browns and beans. He cooked it in the microwave from frozen and it smelled amazing

Two thick white slices of toast with no butter and loads of orange marmalade with thick bits in it and a bottomless mug of black coffee and two sugars.

Do you apply your make-up in the same manner? Just wondering..
