Gut feeling. One of Danny or Louise is going to win. Probably Danny because he is a good looking boy and women will vote for him Also, people might find Louise too bland and won't vote for her so much even if she turns out to best the best technical dancer.

They won't win .Their personalities do not appeal that much to a lot of people from what I've noticed/read. It's still early days of course but at the moment, I don't see either of them winning, especially Danny. Some people tend to forget that the best dancer doesn't always win this show.
Personally I find most of the women this year too bland; Louise, Laura, Daisy, Claudia and Naga. Very good , good, but Meh......

At the moment, believe it or not but I think that Judge Rinder has a good chance of winning if he makes it to the finals.

Is this for who is the dullest?

If Judge Rinder wins, I am giving up this show for good - no word of a lie!

Danny will win - good-looking hunk, excellent dancer and partnered with the ever-popular Oti. Yes he may not have the personality but neither did Mark Ramprakash...

Judge Rinder is actually a good dancer; he just needs to control his facial expressions. He can actually become a very good dancer if he stays long enough in this competition.

I would like Rob Rinder to win this. I'll win money for a start!

Personally, and so far I have no favourite out of the people who have a chance of getting to the end, I'd say:

I think Danny is out of reach of the others. He can dance both ballroom and latin, he's good looking, they're a good partnership and it seems to me like he gets more 'buzz' and good feedback than anyone else around the show (anyone else who can dance). (I suppose it's possible people will get fed up if he's 'too good' - but I don't really think that will happen.)

Louise's best chance is Kevin's popularity and experience of the show, and my guess is she'll 'come out of her shell' and let them change her costumes as it goes on, but I still don't think she can beat Danny. Just guessing but I think Daisy will be more popular with voters.

Will could win on the base of his underlying support but I think he needs at least one absolute wow dance to do it - it will be interesting to see. I don't think he wants to win that much really.

My guess at the moment is Danny, the Judge, Louise (saved by the judges) and Daisy or Will for the final.

True, he does have the basics there but as Craig so wonderfully put it , his dancing is very "noisy" - by that, I think he means over-the-top in all ways. He does really need to calm it down to stand any chance.

Also Laura, Claudia, Daisy, Will and Greg. Don't forget them

My bets are on Judge Rinder.

My gut feeling is that Louise will struggle to even make the final. She is very good but doesn't seem to make much impression on people and I suspect will not get many votes.

My gut feeling after watching the first two dances is that I feel even though Danny is my favourite male dancer Danny will be in the bottom 2 at some stage as I feel the public will get fed up of him being good every week and vote elsewhere.

I hope I am wrong as I really like Danny and want him to win but people are already saying he is a ringer, cocky, arrogant and I can see that only getting worse as the show goes on.

I have no doubt that Danny will be the shock exit this year.

That's no way to talk about Joanne.

Unless they have setbacks they come back from and are seen to struggle (believably) I doubt either will win.

I thought so as well, he did have good moves.
The facial expressions are making me giggle - did they chose him on purpose or did he volunteer so that this year we'll have -LESS Facial Expressions Please
It's just entertaining

Wondering what would happen, I think Laura has pretty good chances too, depending on how she connects with the public and of course Giovanni too. I think he's determined to win and has the looks and personality, compared to Kevin for example, who is a very good dancer, but somehow things are lost in between the dance and the public.
In a year of meh dancers he might have won, but if there is a stronger personality and stronger relationship I doubt Kevin and his partner would be the prime choice.
It's like he's too much of a good boy - he has this kind of face, and that won't set pulses racing in my opinion. No doubt he's an excellent dancer though. I don't know if he is able to generate more interest.

This is actually good room for a "journey", right?!

That was about Judge Rinder. I can't see at all how Danny can be a journey contestant at all...

It's a shame they didn't give him Phantom of the Opera for movie week.
I'd like to see his body do the dancing rather than his face.
If he could just dial it down to 11 out of 10, and stop gurning, he'd be quite acceptable
