The vast majority of main show viewers don't watch ITT. So, I believe "being entertaining on ITT", it's not really something that will influence heavily on his voting. Also, you may not find him entertaining but plenty of other people do.
That's why I put IMO!

Danny will take some beating in my opinion. Most of the male winners have been complete dullards so I am not putting too much weight into the line of thinking that he hasn't the charisma to win

I reckon Louise will make the final, but I can't see her winning it.

Not sure about Judge Rinder, first dance was great ... bit wild but thoroughly entertaining. The second dance was less good and not so entertaining but this week will be the third week in a row where he has a dance he can ham up. What's going to happen when he gets the waltz or rumba etc? I think he may have peaked too soon. Also, he's not that entertaining when he's on ITT etc so I'm not sure he's the whole package. I think his particular novelty could wear off.

Danny and Louise are definitely getting to the final (unless they ever have to dance off against each other ... which I doubt) whether they have strong enough personalities to win remains to be seen. There's lots of others who could well be contenders. It's wide open really.
The only people I think won't win are Naga, Anastacia, Ed and Lesley ... also Tameka. And maybe Ore if Jo doesn't step up the choreography .. she's not doing him justice. IMO.
So, you think that Laura, Greg or Daisy have a chance of winning? Seems very unlikely to me.

Don't think that Laura and Daisy are good enough in latin and if they would be in the dance off against a ringer, they would easily be voted off.

Greg can only win on the hot Olympian vote. But Louis didn't have any male competition in his year, so Greg has it much tougher (and Louis was a much better dancer).

Would even say that a Claudia win might be very unlikely. If only because a small female celeb has never won the show and people aren't talking about her (probably only Lesley on the female side who has less watercooler talk).

There's a MF poster whose opinion on best dancers is sound. They have selected for comment this year: Daisy, Danny, Laura and Louise. Initially they focussed upon Louise, Naga and Ore. Note the change. Last year they commented upon Georgia, Jay and Helen. So assuming some fallibility in their choices I think the final will be Daisy and Danny for sure and it's a matter of chance for Laura and Louise with Ore, Robert (prefer to call him this than Judge) and Will. I thought Claudia would be excellent. She might prove to be a dark horse yet.

Thank you! I was thinking the very same!

Good point.
What about "Man in the Iron Mask" instead?
Man in any mask would do for me!!

I agree Danny and Louise are looking the best (by a margin) at the start of the Show. They will both improve and probably still be the best 2 dancers at the end of the Show. I think Louise will become a better dancer because I think her technique will be better than Danny's.

When they get to the Final, the viewers decide the winner. Danny may seem to have been good right from the start. Louise I expect will seem to have improved more than Danny.

The other 2 Finalists will possibly seem to have improved more than both of them. One of them (or maybe both) may also be more popular with the public.
Both Daisy/Aljaz and Laura/Giovanni have chemistry when they dance and get along very well.

I'm with you. Although Danny on the dance floor isn't quite so vapid and he does have Oti so if one of the trite twosome is going to waltz away with this year's crown, he'd be my preference.

Thus far for me, Louise is like dancing diazepam.

They are not in my top two, however my top two are Rinder and Ed Balls.

I think if Greg could get to a certain level he could be popular but he's not there yet. Daisy seems nice. Although Alijaz has won with a model before I do prefer Daisy to Abbey.

Yes, you did. At the end of the second paragraph when talking about a different thing.

Judge Rinder is actually a good dancer; he just needs to control his facial expressions. He can actually become a very good dancer if he stays long enough in this competition.
Not worried about which dullard/tryhard/ringer will win yet...just enjoying the escapades of the likes of JR and ed balls

Is diazepam a previous girl band member with dance experience too then?

I love Danny and Oti, but I want Louise to win so that Kevin gets his win and the producers can call it a day. Do you think he will get a duffer next year if he wins with Louise this year?

It was at the end of my post. I shouldn't even have added it then as it beggars belief that anyone still can't grasp the fact that a poster is stating a personal opinion when they post. Apparently two usages of the words 'I think' aren't enough either.

No that's Daisy Pam. She was in a group similar to Louise's alma mater called Eternal Rest in which all four members (Tamazin Pam, Laura Z. Pam and Delores Pam) were off their box on anxiolytics for the whole of their career.

My nephew, who's nine, loves Robert Rinder and voted for him both weeks, so I think he will get far on the children's vote. My mum says Danny is very good looking, so the female vote will help him. I think Louise may fall down on the fact that some women may not like her because of her WAG-ness and her good looking husband, who my sister loves, although she likes Louise herself.

a) it's a leap to go from acknowledging someone is good looking to actually voting for them (see Thom Evans, Gethin Jones, Nicky Byrne, Ben Cohen, Peter Andre, Ashley Taylor Dawson, Ricky Whittle etc etc) some women may vote with their ovaries, but not all -not by a long way, and

b) he's a good dancer regardless of his looks. If he wins, it'll be pretty unfair to say it was down to his looks.

He's going to be gutted to know that the voting was only open for 1 of those weeks

Greg is my dark horse, he'll survive a fair way on popularity and if he improves enough to be snapping at the heel's of the the 'contenders' I think he could sneak a shock win- Natalie needs to cheroegraph some stand out routines though which I'm sure she'll be good at

I honestly expect Louise to be in many dance off's so she may not even make it to the finale.
Everyone from my work and family don't like her and say that she has an unfair advantage over the other contestants so that could put people off voting for her.

I think Danny for sure will make the final but I expect him to get tough comments from the judges over the next few weeks.
For all we know Judge Rinder could pull a Chris Hollins and win because he has the personality to get the public on side.

Not just Louise who is dance trained though Danny has as much and more recently - I haven't seen much negativity on either

I was gutted when I heard Will was signed up as if have loved him with Aliona. I remember when she danced with him during his live performance last year, they looked amazing together.
Even if Aliona had stayed she would not have got Will (or deserved to) having just won with the most popular winner in Strictly history.

More significantly, James Jordan would have spontaneously combusted had she got him!

I think Danny & Louise are dead certs fro the final. As for the rest:

Rinder - may well get there but will certainly comes last (ie 4th)
Greg - if Nat can replicate "a Michael Vaughn" in him in the run up, he could get there
Daisy - likeable, has some ability but not sure if this can be sustained over the whole series
Laura - Needs quite a few "wow" routines to get there and Gio is more than capapble
Claudia - not convinced about her. Will make Blackpool and then get lost in the crowd
Ore - Wish he was partnered with someone else as Joanne's choreography is not bringing out the best in him. She seems better at ballroom so unless she can pull out a couple of outstanding routines there, Ore will be lucky to make Blackpool
Tameka - could get in with personality and Gorka on her side - not a bad little mover too!
Will - Like Joanne, don't think Karen is bringing out his best. Could be this series "shock exit"

No chance: Lesley, Naga, Anastacia, Ed

BIB 1 - It might have been worth it just to see this!

BIB 2 - If Robert Rinder were to make it that far, I would guess top 3, because he would probably have got there by popular vote anyway. As the judges scores count for nothing, he would have to be less popular than the other contestants not to make it to the end.

Aliona and Nat are goddesses and deserve every single Ringer/Contender that ever was or will be on Strictly! Well, in my book anyway

Seeing Aliona lift her third glitterball with Will would have been incredibly amazing. And hilarious. Oh, how I wish...

As it is, I don't really mind who makes it to the final (or wins), as long as Robert Rinder is kept far, far away from it. Please GBP, pleeeease
