Yeah like for 5 mins but now doesn't seem bothered, also didn't he find out Chrissie was behind Donny's possible demise and doesn't seem bothered much by that either?

The only problem I have with this whole marriage thing is that I don't believe Aaron is the type of character to want to get married and even if he were I don't believe he and Robert are at that level of commitment yet.

A wedding would be nothing more than fan service.

I'm sure that's because Chrissie explaine exactly what happened to Donny and has no idea what happened to him though.
Why should Lachlan care when his Dad was just using him for a cheque?

I think he is, they have shown that he doesn't really trust her anymore but he is probably afraid to fully turn on her since she really has been the only constant in her life.

Oh come on, the Gabby thing was completely innocent. Are hormonal teenage boys not allowed to kiss people anymore?

Can't comment on Billy, as I don't watch Coronation Street!

Well, Bonfire Night is coming up (5 November), so they could all be pitchforked onto the top of the bonfire (I know that one Guy is traditional, but there's nothing to preclude multiple Guys, indeed, they could be said to represent others in the Gunpowder Plot), which could then be set alight with the fiery torches, to an accompanying fusillade of rockets, Roman candles and Catherine wheels. That way, we both win!

Lachlan was in shock after shooting Lawrence. Chrissie took charge of the situation and made it seem like she was going to make it look like a random break in. Lucky didn't know she was going to frame Andy until she had already planted the evidence.
How exactly does he repair that situatation? Tell the police the truth and have his mum, who sacrificed everything for him and is basically all he has, arrested? Chrissie dropped him in an impossible situation.
It's sort of funny, but if they had just told the truth they would probably be sitting pretty. Larry volunteered to tell the police it was an accident about 2 minutes after waking up.
The writing for the Donny thing is slightly off though. I understand him staying with chrissie because she's basically his only defender but it would have been good to show a bit more grief from him.

That's when I started to love Lawrence!! It was the first time anybody had ever said anything and it was done in such a spiteful way that I almost spat my tea out!

But he even said that he thought that she wanted more. I understand he may have hormones running all over him like crazy but a request for a hug doesn't necessarily equate to begging for sex! He also thought that because Alicia was nice to him and wore short skirts that she was begging for it too. He never showed any real remorse for sticking his digits into her. He's a vile little creature. But as I said, that just shows he must be a good actor, because I really do imagine him as a dirty little perve. Must be quite a fun part to play.

I think he has definite mental health problems (as does his mother) and is a rapist or crazed sex killer in waiting.

He didn't exactly invite her back to his lair now did he? He gave her a peck on the lips because he misread the situation. In this case I'd put it down to social awkwardness and a bit of desperation for companionship.

Honestly I think that's the crux of Lachlan's problems. He's so isolated and alone, that he's not really living in the real world. Even before the sexual assault he was portrayed as a kid with no friends whose entire life seemed to involve spending time with his doting mother and grandad who spoiled him and basically allowed him to do what he wanted without consequence. It's became normality for him to treat people any way he likes to suit his wants and needs and anyone who goes against him deserves to be punished (He was vile to Alicia for not being attracted to him, he destroyed Erics house because he was mean to Chrissie, he trashed Dr Baileys because he was taking Belle away from him and he shot Lawrence, the one time I genuinely think he lost control, because he didn't want him anymore). Anyone who disrupts his perfect life has to pay as we'll see next week when he accuses Robert of sexually assaulting him.
The actor is really good and is probably why I enjoy Lachlan so much. Never thought I'd like a character guilty of sexual assault.

He plays the sicko well but I am getting bored of his character.

Yes, I agree.

A good actor isn't enough to retain interest if the actual character is unpleasant. And it's nigh on impossible for any character to come back from being a sex offender.

Hopefully hell be gone for good within the next two weeks 👏🏼

If he does die or at least leave- it gives Chrissie even more fuel to continue in her contrived panto villain act!

Ok, just Robert then. To be honest, I've come to hate Robert more than Aaron which is quite the accomplishment. (I find Robert charmlessly smug.) However, I have the feeling this upcoming plot will make me want to see them both burn for all eternity.
