Again , I agree with this .
Cancer awareness and fund raising is constantly everywhere around us , and that's amazing , we
need to be aware and we
need to donate , absolutely .
However I watch Strictly to be entertained , be it from admiring the perfection or laughing at the dancers who make fun routines hilarious . I don't want to be put off by zelebs waving fund raising flags in my face . If they donate their fee that's brilliant , huge respect for that .But going on and on about it in the press smacks of guilting people into supporting you and frankly is more or less cheating .
If I want to watch charity appeals and efforts to raise funds I'll watch Children in Need or Sports Relief and donate there .
On Strictly I just want to forget the bad things in life for that hour or so . I don't think that's asking too much .
