I don't see the problem, I love chorizo in a paella (in a lot of things actually). I'm sure it can be part of a 'mixed' paella

I've eaten in his restaurant in Cardiff and can say that I had the most tender and flavoursome pork chop I've ever tasted - a meat I find much more difficult to cook well than steak, lamb or chicken. Of course, I give the credit to the chef in the kitchen but JO's name is on the door. |
