Jamie Oliver's Paella recipe angers Spaniards

I don't see the problem, I love chorizo in a paella (in a lot of things actually). I'm sure it can be part of a 'mixed' paella

A lot of supermarket paellas contain chorizo, and prawns, chicken, peas etc. I thought mixed paella could contain whatever you had on hand.

Great example of how you can tweak a recipe and still classify it as chilli con carne.

I've eaten in his restaurant in Cardiff and can say that I had the most tender and flavoursome pork chop I've ever tasted - a meat I find much more difficult to cook well than steak, lamb or chicken.
Of course, I give the credit to the chef in the kitchen but JO's name is on the door.
