Just seen on twitter a pic of the front page of tomorrow's Daily Star saying Bruno has quit after dance off rules row. Anyone else know anything about this?

Like a fool I Googled the Daily Star. No mention of Bruno but they do appear to be leading with a story about the parting of the Red Sea - topical and up to the minute news??
Bruno hasn't quit, but he could man, he could. He could give up any time he likes, he just chooses not to. It's not a problem, he could just walk away tomorrow if he wanted, but why should he, he's got it under control man, he can handle it, it's everyone else who's got a problem, not him, why should he change man, it's everyone else who should change, it's not like he's ADDICTED or anything man.

Skynews shows front of all tomorrow's newspapers. Front of Daily Star has very large headline "Strictly Bruno in Quit Shocker" Dance show in turmoil after judge storms out over "fix". There is a photo of Bruno pouting, with very small type under his photo, which reads "Bruno Tonioli quit the show after a dramatic hissy fit behind the scenes because TV bosses changed the dance off rules. The fiery Italian stormed out of the studio saying "I'm disgusted" Full story p6-7"
My guess is he didn't like what they did on Saturday night, had a little hissy fit and then joined the panel as usual
the story is now up Bruno actually quit the show on saturday in disgust because he believed the person who could not dance should go. He demanded a car and stormed out after the show but before result show was filmed. The delay with recording the results was the producers persuading Bruno to come back

If that is true it does nothing to improve my opinion of him. I'd have let him walk, throwing a hissy fit like a three year old. I really don't like him

What I really don't like about Bruno is that he somehow gets away with being beyond rude just because he laughs while delivering very offensive comments. He actually laughs to people's faces and say horrible things but because of the court jest act, the whole thing is kind of swept under the carpet.
And I don't really buy the excuses "English is not his first language" or "He's just Italian"; he's been living here long enough to know the language, habits and customs. Also, not all Italian people are demented like him. The annoying thing is, he is able to deliver constructive criticism with good content when he wants to do so, which is not very often.

Having watched him for a while now (including on DWTS when he's often worst) it's clear the guy has a pathological need for attention. It is often rather embarrassing but really I blame the show - not him. When he behaves, he is fine. He just needs reminding to behave.
Quote: “ And it's now been alleged that Bruno Tonioli was so angry about producers' decision to bend the rules and forgo the head-to-head dance that he stormed out of the BBC studios.
The irony being of course that IF Bruno did get in a strop (*insert HUGE pinch of salt here*) then it was because Anastacia might have gone NOT because of the eventual outcome. He won't have cared whether Melvin stayed because he didn't rate him.

Yes, the headline is simply the paper equivalent of clickbait - read the story and he did exactly that.
... and yet we were told at the weekend by the alleged backstage "insider" that the reason for the extended delay was because Anastacia had a meltdown. No mention was made of Bruno's strop at all.
