For Matt's song, what are they going to change the "with other boys" line to? The song rhymes boys with toys, so you can't just change it to girls! Strange choice.......

Samantha and Saara are clearly getting dirge song choices at this point.

Simon always wheels out 'Impossible' for his favourite. He said in an interview once that it's one of his favourite songs. He even made Fifth Harmony sing it twice on X Factor USA. There's nothing exciting on that song list. I was excited for Freddy as I like his voice, but he's obviously going to just do a slowed down version of the song which is nothing original as it's been done about a million times on YouTube by other people...similar thing with Emily and her song. Gifty is doing 'That's My Girl'...what a coincidence that it's the upcoming single by his favourites Fifth Harmony who are due to come over to the UK soon for promo and no doubt appear on the XF I bet and perform it. As if he sat down and she had a say in that song choice...it's just done to help with promo for FH. None of the song choices sound interesting or exciting.

If Gifty is doing that song, she's going home. Nowhere near recognisable enough for the general public.

Uptown Funk wasn't even released or even known that well to the public when Fleur performed it to be fair...

Although they are not really a group that I take note of Fh do have a big following, and if Gifty performs it well she will get a lot of votes.

She could be in real trouble with that one! I know nobody had heard Uptown Funk prior to Fleur performing it but UF is one of those rare instantly likeable and memorable tunes with a familiar rift whilst that's my girl is well imo pretty unmemorable!

I doubt if she will be able to do that unfortunately. They are probably worried that she might out perform their favourite so have given her this song to perform.

she didn't perform it in week one when acts are trying to get noticed

even tho alot of people will have made their minds up on which acts to support and will support them unconditionally no matter how they do in the live shows, making a "first" impression in the live shows is usually quite important

There's going to be a blatant last minute song change - what's to bet Simon will try and recreate a Fleur moment and have a contestant sing a unknown song cue Bruno Mars new one 24k Magic - I literally would not put it past him

Unfortunately Gifty has already been given a song that the majority of the Saturday night audience will have not heard before.

Yeah you can just smell the sabotage - I like fifth harmony but 'That's my Girl' is no Uptown Funk, however people will have had more chance of listening to TMG then Uptown Funk

It might work for her if her performance is good. I will be disappointed if it doesn't.

I hope Sam nailed her song, it could be a big moment for her if she nailed it
