God Ive seen most of these songs done on Xfactor a million other times before, get some originality plzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Thats another major problem with this show, they all sing the same stuff EVERY YEAR. omg I think ima stop watching. U can already predict what will happen in the next 12 weeks. Xfactor is a cheap WWE wannabee. WWE dont do the same shizz EVERY YEAR! LEARN COWELL.

It's a different situation. Uptown Funk had not been released in the UK, but it was already a huge hit in the US. A contestant had already performed it on the Voice US to much success.
Both the 5H song and Bruno's new song are completely new worldwide.
Well come to think of it - Fifth harmony song has been played on radio and likewise Bruno's song is being played everywhere today - they will not be unknown tomorrow - UF was completely out of nowhere in terms of the U.K.

I can't really take this show seriously anymore lol but, perhaps 5 or 6 years ago I would have said something like " Emily would be taking a massive, massive risk by singing a Britney song, not in terms of vocal ability because Britney is far from the best singer we have ever heard. Emily might be sending the wrong message out to the public that she would like to become an artist in the mould of Britney". Damn good idea she changed her song, for her own career.
Toxic is incredibly dated. And Britney career is in the toilet in the uk. A new entry at number 2 and then the next week falls out of the top 40!!! That's pathetic considering the publicity.
