She probably has her eye on a TV career afterwards rather than any sort of hard hitting business.

She got on my nerves already with her fake and annoying craziness. Was she cast just to be the laughingstock of the series?

She is extremely irritating in her way OTT attempt to stand out by being "crazy", "zany", and "kooky".
Hope she gets fired next. |

I'm getting mixed up between her and the other lady (edit:Grainne), lol. They look really similar.
![]() I hope we see Grainne smile more and Jessica show a serious (in intellect sense) side more. |

You get the feeling she will feature heavily in the edit most weeks.
Press already on the case and have discovered she used to be lap dancer . She reminds me a little of a northern Luisa zissman |

![]() http://metro.co.uk/2016/10/10/two-pa...ssing-6182300/ And the other two you mentioned Grainne McCoy and Paul Sullivan, it's like they've all turned into teenages at a summer camp! It's interesting to note that it's reported that Courtney broke things off with Jessica saying "he isn't ready to stettle down", could she be a bunny boiler? |

Find her infuriating as a person and tbh also no idea how she is topping the "most attractive female candidate" poll either.

I liked her at first, but she reminded me way too much of Helen Wood in the Bridge Cafe

The favouritism is blatant. Don't think Karen emphasised just how much of a bad leader Jessica was in the boardroom. Also, Lord Sugar didn't even give her a warning as he did the others that stayed. Natalie didn't do anything but Jessica was responsible for the failure of the task.

She looks way too much like Helen Wood but fortunately not personality-wise.
Both fired candidates speak highly of her and she seems nice apart from when everyone starts getting grumpy with eachother in tasks. |

She was absolutely atrocious in the Bridge Café tonight.
Really revealed herself to be completely disconnected from reality. |

I did notice when Alana was struggling to big herself up in front of Lord Sugar, she looked at Jessica who seemed to smile to encourage Alana. I thought that was quite decent but that's the only positive I've got right now.

She is terrible but will make it to the last 6 or so, she is good TV and it shows how this show is quite scripted

That said I don't really like her much - I think if she were chocolate she'd eat herself. She reminds me of Helen Wood crossed with Suranne Jones. |

I quite like her but she seemed neurotic and seemed to be hyperventilating last night. Should she be on the prog?

She certainly stands out - for all the wrong reasons. Agree with previous posters - she is the female equivalent of David Brent.
