I did notice when Alana was struggling to big herself up in front of Lord Sugar, she looked at Jessica who seemed to smile to encourage Alana. I thought that was quite decent but that's the only positive I've got right now.
Jessica's performance, on both the task and in the cafe, have further confirmed that I find her very annoying. That and "But I want it mooooorrrreee!" Although it's not her fault, but having experienced Helen Wood on Big Brother, every time Jessica talks it harks back to that awful, awful time.

Since Michelle left, all the candidates on the girls' team are very young, and it's a bit like watching sixth formers doing an A level Media project, all angsty and anxious, with tears and arguments.
Jessica was definitely smoking a cigarette outside the café, but for some reason they didn't show it. |

The way she made mincemeat of the other bid to be team leader with her 'I'd love you to be my sub team leader' (before she was even confirmed as team leader) makes me think there must be more to her that just the cookiness. |

It's unusual for anyone who is in the top 5% most attractive people in the country like Jessica to be so nervous. Ordinarily, being that attractive and having so many people wanting to get to know you builds over-confidence if anything. So she is unusual if only in that respect.

Her constant "ooh I'm so bubbly me! I can't even speak for the life of me oooooh!" routine in the boardroom is annoying.
I definitely don't think she's stupid though, and she had amazing delivery with the pitch in episode 2. She has some strengths but will fall down when the deadwood goes and the producers have gotten their fill from her. |

She speaks relatively fast anyway, but in the boardroom she seems to be on fast forward. She seems to have this nervous bubbly personality in one, so suddenly seems to just laugh and stumble over what she says. If she can control her nerves and energy, she could come across better (in terms of being taken more seriously) and seeing like she can be in control. The trouble is, while she may think she is strong inside, outside she shows her weakness of cracking, crying and getting into nervous/bubblefest moments. Her personality can be likeable at times (be it annoying in measure too), but she needs to breath a bit more before sentences (one rare thing I'd agree with Karen on).

She will go far and will become a star for all the wrong reasons.
She is like the Jedward on X Factor. I guess she is a bit funny, but I hope she gets booted out soon. It's a show about business acumen (or should that be was) not Big Brother. |

I noticed her fashion business does really well and she seems to have all these reality stars wearing her clothes .
So her business plan may be sound as she may go a lot further than people think But like Luisa, Jessica is quietly gathering brownie points - presenting one week, selling this. |

Jessica should give serious consideration to seeing a clinical psychologist or similar therapist to learn some coping mechanisms for stress -- a more sophisticated version of Karren telling her to take a breath. She won't achieve anything approaching her true potential otherwise.

Reminds me of Rachel Bailey in Scott & Bailey, neurotic, crazy personal life, daft, but behind it all she's really smart. And looks like her too!

Really liking Jessica. She's deceptively strong, confident and a seems like a fun person to be around. I can see her getting to the interviews at least.
