Tim for me, I'd forgotten all about Lloyd but I would still say Tim.

Lloyd for me so far!!
I had high hopes for Steve/Tim but so far it's felt like the writers are trying to force the comedy between them by making it way OTT!!
This footballer stuff has been a strong case in point, absolutely cringeworthy!!

So far I 'm quite happy with Kate Oates on drama but comedy, not so much yet!!

Have TPTB forgotten Tims Bestie Bromance with Kevin now then?! The "comedy" between Tim and Steve is utterly awful, and I like Tim! Why was Steve following that footballer round the pub like a 3 year old with special needs?!?!

It does seem incredibly forced - Footballer thing was awful! as was the fight in the cab office.

Tim and Kevin - natural

The way that Steve and Tim followed him out of the pub like penguins was classic

Lloyd for definite, Tim just seems to have been shoehorned in as a Lloyd replacement.

I do find them funny but it sometimes is a bit forced with Steve and Tim. Tim and Kevin as others have said are more natural as were Steve and Lloyd.

I liked the scenes at Tim's tho with the footballer and Kevin included.

In fact I think that has been a strength of late showing the sometimes forgotten friendships!

Lloyd. No question.

Steve and Tim are ridiculous. Do men that are friends really behave like they are handicapped? Tim needs to return to Kevin and have more scenes with Sally, especially when he calls her out on her snobbishness.

Lloyd and Steve were better IMO. There is just something that isn't quite gelling for me with Steve/Tim. I think its mainly the fact they had no previous friendship before they became partners in Streetcars so now it does feel a bit rushed. Plus Lloyd would usually be the more level headed straight man to Steve's buffonery and dramas but underneath it all they were quite close. Tim's comedy is brilliant and i do like him at the Taxi company but combined with Steve's bouts of comedic stupidity it becomes a bit childish and unbelieveable that they run a successful company in this way and their friendship doesn't run as deep. Maybe if they were together for years like Steve/Lloyd were but not right now.

The 'comedy' scenes with Steve and Tim are done far too often. Even worse it that their behavour is just too immature and silly now. But that's the same with a lot of Corrie 'comedy,' it's way too OTT.

For example - Mary, Dev, Erica and the twins.
