I guess the title of my thread says it all - can you get smart TV's with a dvd combi where the built in dvd player is region 0 as the only smart TV's with built in dvds only play region 2 ?

Yes looked at this this afternoon however the TV combi's I've been looking at don't have hack codes on this site, the site only seems too include actual standalone dvd players. Looking online today with great detail it seems region o dvd comb smart tvs don't exist and if I purchased a region 2 dvd comb TV hack codes don't appear for them

Combis are only made by a couple of 'manufacturers' in any case - Vestel being the main one who's products are often then re-badged as the supermarket / own brands and as Toshiba and Hitachi.

Frankly you'd be better off getting a decent 32" set and a standalone DVD or better still Blu Ray player - you're more likely to find the hack you're looking for and will probably end up with a better quality set up as well.
