Paso only because I didn't like the first part of Jay's jive. I can remember posting at the time that I wondered where it was going but, it definitely had the wow factor for the second part. Also, I still think Scott's jive is the best male jive I've seen on SCD.

I still think of Jay's Jive now....
Danny was very good, but Jays's jive was just on a different level entirely. Though it did help that it was based on such an iconic movie scene.

Agree. Jay's Jive had more complicated steps I thought, but I really loved both.
Think Oti should get lots of credit for interesting and difficult choreography.
Danny is great but he'll have to do something better to surpass Jays Jive. I don't know if that's even possible as the success of that jive was down to more than just the dancing.
Tbh i'd vote for Jays Paso over the one tonight too.

I thought Ore's and Joanne's dance was better than Danny's and Claudia blew them both out of the water with her Charleston

Yes, Jay's jive was on a different level to Danny's paso, which I thought was overmarked.
And I thought Jay's paso was better than Danny's too.
But I'm sure Danny has probably got this year's glitterball in the bag. Nobody else is looking as technically strong as him, unsurprisingly. But I still find him very bland, like a perfect little Ken doll.

So did I but
1) This is a poll to compare the two best dancers of their respective years - that, so far, is neither Ore or Claudia.
2) When this poll was posted, neither Ore or Claudia had danced. By the same token, this poll has nothing to do with who was the best dancer tonight.

Still the best dance SCD has seen in my opinion, it WAS a jive, not an imitation of a jive. For me the paso was an imitation of a paso.

Jays jive had everything choreography, costumes and amazing dancing. Perfect storm. Blew so many people away. BTW it was damned sexy too 
Jay's jive no comparison. Everything just came together on the night, I couldn't believe what I saw.
