I assume the results show is filmed straight after the live sat night show so how does that work with the voting, does the voting only stay open for an hour whilst they have a break?

Yes they start to film about an hour post Saturdays show.

Hence limited time to vote post show. Tonight it's just thirty minutes, then they can start.

Some parts like the guest or group dance, maybe filmed in advance if Saturdays show and edited in.

The audience get a little break.

Live show order is decided by the production team and producer. They view the dances Thursday and Friday and decide how the order is best. Now they say that but often popular dancers are on at the start or very end to ensure you watch all the way.

Voting tonight closes at 9.10 pm It's open for about half an hour..
