1/ Brilliant show. Everyone ranged from decent to brilliant. Very high standard this year.

2/ Claudia's Charleston totally lived up to expectation. Loved every minute. Other highlights were Daisy, Lesley, Ore, Danny and Ed.

3/ Agreed with Len regarding Will. Bollywood dancing/Salsa are not a good mix IMO. Both very distinctive dances. One is bound to get lost when you fuse the two and as the theme was Bollywood it was bound to be salsa that lost out. Not Will's fault of course and he performed what he was given very well.

4/ I say it every week but Katya is a fabulous addition to the show.

5/ Nagga and Anastacia are my predictions for bottom two tonight.

1. Ed <3 Katya has this show nailed in 3 weeks. Love her.
2. I don't think Laura danced all that well, but I really warmed to the way she threw herself at it.
3. Louise disappointed me a bit after her training clips.
4. Will just earned himself a month of harsh critiques from Len.
5. I have never loved a Strictly dress as much as I loved Natalie's tonight.

I love this thread

1. The best costume was Daisy......so Mary Poppinesque!!

2. I loved Ed Balls....again. Think I am having an Edcrush

3. Time for the judges to move on up and out........ruining the bloody show!!

4. Anastacia held her tummy again running up the stairs???

5. I love Judge Rinder, think he has loads of potential, but wish he would focus on delivering a really good dance instead of preening infront of the camera. Take a leaf out of your opponents!! Fear he will be gone before too long

Edited to add a sneaky 6.........the worst costume EVER was Oti's tonight - she looked like she had ruined a beautiful dress by running from the changing room with her Playtex girdle still in situ over a lovely dress!! FFS SCD.....why ruin it??

5 Danny To Win

1. Best Movie Week ever, and the most I've enjoyed SCD for ages
2. All the praise Joanne received for her choreography was fully deserved - her & Ore's routine was my dance of the night, and he did an iconic song justice
3. Evil Moira Ross in a Rainbow Wig got the running order wrong at the end; they should have closed the show with Ed
4. It's getting harder to tell which of Naga and Pasha want to be put out of their misery more
5. I don't know why Len was being such a Pwecious Pwincess about a little bit of cream landing on the desk...after 14 years of sitting next to Bruno lusting after any young fit bloke, you'd think he'd be used to it.

1. This week's 'person in the most unflattering costume award' goes to Will.
2. Ed's yellow suit was surprisingly slimming.
3. Has someone been giving Bruno happy pills?
4. Mr camp judge is really beginning to annoy me.
5. I loved Claudia's Charleston. Can I wish for her to be in the dance off so I get to see it again?

1. Why have a "musicals" opening group dance for movie week? Keep it for Musical Week.
2. Loved Daisy, just a shame I had completely forgotten about her by the end.
3. Danny and Claudia both were very good but neither do anything for me I'm afraid.
4. Bollywood - great way to make the salsa, which I hate, a watchable dance.
5. Loved Greg!

Sneaky 6/ I actually enjoyed Movie Week! Don't normally.

1. Brilliant show tonight, credit to everyone involved.
2. Ore, Danny & Claudia were my faves.
3. Thought Will was a bit of an idiot.
4. Daisy and Laura were kinda disappointing for me.
5. Judge Rinder is amazing, I love him.

bonus 6 - the costumes and makeup were amazing.

1. Claudia smashed it out of the park.

2. Other highlights were Greg and Natalie (beautiful) Ore and Jo ( knew he could dance with Propah choreo) and funnily enough Laura, despite being scrappy, for throwing herself into it in a way that....

3. Louise didn't unfortunately, she looked like she was tentative and the opposite of Laura precise but no passion or being in the dance like her VW last week.

4. Ed is just fab! Gave him one of my votes because he deserves to stay a bit longer

5. I enjoyed the show and I normally hate a theme week. dragged on a bit in places but overall a good show.

1. Len was right - fabulous week - and perhaps best series yet?
2. Lesley was great but I worried about her for 2 reasons - a) thought she was going to have a heart attack and b) she looked like Ronnie Wood.
3. I'm hoping it will be either Anastasia or Naga next to go - if not don't have a clue who.
4. How did they do the appearing from nowhere thing on live tv?
5. I love Claudia Winkleman.

My 5 thoughts:

1. Louise disappointed me. I thought her dance had the potential to be epic, what with being given that fantastic song, but it was a let down. It was good to see her not wearing baggy clothes though.

2. Claudia & AJ: fantastic Charleston. Her timing and energy were fantastic throughout the routine. Well deserved scores imo.

3. Loved Danny & Oti. I don't usually like Paso's, but this was very good. I really liked this.

4. Karen put too much Bollywood in the routine. I agree with Len, there should have been a better balance of Salsa and Bollywood content, but that isn't Will's fault.

5. I felt the judges' scoring, though still not perfect, was much better this week.

1. Great show, so much entertainment
2. Disappointed in Laura and Giovanni's routine
3. Go Ed
4. Katya is totally fabulous
5. Think this is the end for Naga
Inseriousity.

1. I normally cringe at the VTs but really liked Claudia and AJ's (I must be really immature lol) and laughed so hard at Ed doing the catchphrases for The Mask.

2. Ed was a typical politician on week 1 (quite bland and diplomatic) but he came out of his shell last week and now he's the soul of the party. Who knew he would turn that around? I find him very entertaining.

3. I don't normally follow James Jordan's twitter feed but decided to give it a go this week. When he said he enjoyed watching the non-dancers better than the dancers, I thought the exact same thing. I much preferred Ed, Lesley, Greg than Danny, Louise or Daisy. Their dances are good but I just don't connect with them.

4. Will and Len's little tiff was so awkward.

5. Naga has to be gone this week. Much better dance than last week but she's still so serious all the time. Let go of your inhibitions. I did find it funny Pasha taking ages to get her out the harness though.

1. Thought the chemistry between Natalie and Greg was very believable, loved their dance and wasnt expecting to
2. Ed's got musicality, rhythm and timing, want to see him do a ballroom next, he has 100% performance skills
3. Naga was better but expect to see her in B2
4. Think Lesley might escape B2
5. Enjoyed the show more as it went on

sneaky 6
Ore's dance was fabulous

and 7th
never have a bollywood themed dance again

1. loved loved loved jo's choreo tonight - keep it up for the rest of the series
2. Claudia and AJ did amazing - he's a good sport, and loved his routine too
3. Also thought Danny, Will, and Daisy did great
4. Louise's dance was a bit of a letdown considering what it looked like in training on ITT
5. Len was a bit grumpy

loved Movie Week as a whole

1. Claudia my favourite tonight
2. Nobody was horrendous
3. Lesley wasn't given the credit she deserved
4. Rinder was amazing entertainment wise
5. Ed Balls was really giving it everything. Good for him

1. Please put us out of Naga's misery
2, Ore - brilliant both choreography and execution
3. Rinder and Oksana - timing was off - was it due to the prop falling off the car as the entered ?
4. Louise - good but not brilliant - Robert Webb was better !!

5. Ed Balls has defected to Strictly

1. Enjoyed Will and Karen. Not a good idea to talk back to Len as I think he's a bit of a grudge holder, but there was no point Len making the comment about lack of salsa when they had been given Jai Ho to dance to.

2. Judge Rinder's charleston just felt 'off' somehow. He looked too slight to be Fred and it seemed like it would've suited Ed more.

3. Ore was very good but he gives me serious Tom Chambers vibes (not a good thing in my case)

4. Not sure why Louise was on last. She was very good and neat but she is reminding me of Rachel Stevens a bit at the moment. I hope she can have some sort of breakthrough moment like Rachel did with her rumba.

5. Danny was very good but I thought it was let down a bit by the music which didn't really build to anything. His shaping was great but it looked slightly 'prancey' and I feel like he could look less stage dancey if Oti slowed things down a bit and didn't throw quite so much into every routine.

(There was clearly a problem with Naga's harness - I would love to know what they would've done if they couldn't get it off at all. Would we have had a 90 second shot of the diamond while a runner came and cut her out?)

1. Absolutely brilliant show tonight, one of the best I've ever seen possibly? I really enjoyed 12 out of 14 dances which is amazing really!

2. Ore was absolutely brilliant tonight - that deserved at least one 10 paddle IMO and would have got one or more had it been a month later. I'm delighted to see him living up to his potential and that he is clearly so in love with what he's doing, it was a joy to see.

3. Loved Will & Karen's Bollywood number - I can understand Len's criticisms but Will delivered a brilliant performance of what he was given, what more can you do than that? I think Len came over worse than Will personally, adding "I'm joking" doesn't really make a comment any less aggressive.

4. Claudia is my favourite girl by far which I didn't expect at all - she was awesome tonight. Another one who deserved to get a 10.

5. Ed Balls is kind of awesome. I love how in character he gets, and how he is actually attempting the dances and Katya lets him. A genuinely likeable 'joke' contestant who we can laugh with, not at.

1. I loved Claudia & AJ tonight, thought she was fab, she suits the fast dances.
2. Really liked the opening dance, but whay are Kevin and Karen always in the front!
3. Laura and Louise are both better suited to ballroom. (imho)
4. I really loved Ore and Joanne, his best performance yet (also suited better to ballroom)
5. I think naga may go tonight..... (sorry meant tomorrow )

1. Ore should have been top of the leader-board, I was very impressed by his dancing skills, he was spot on with Gene, which wasn't easy for him, great from Jo too, I have to admit when he shed a tear, I got a little emotional myself.
I have no idea what Craig meant, he was on his toes on the steps. Just picking for pickings sake there.

2. Danny, very stage school trained dancer, very, very talented and good, but I felt he could have done more with the shaping. To me he was pretending to do a paso as one from stage training would. I think considering how easy it comes to him he could have gone deeper.
Same for Louise, she is doing stage dancing, not the cha cha, she was performing more of a step ball change instead of the cha cha cha steps.

3. Enjoyed Claudia an awful lot, but I felt she could have acted it more.

4. I love Natalie and Greg together and think they could be real contenders for the win. They really match up well together. Nice from them tonight, bonus has to go to him because he's never danced two steps in his life yet didn't look out of place amongst the top ones.

5. Will's was a great dance, but it wasn't very salsa, but as a performance goes, it was great.

There's too many good ones, I have no idea who will make the final/semis at all. It will be a shame not to see most of these pairs performing all the dances. Tonight's show really was great and enjoyable, one of the best yet.

1. I'm starting to respect Danny as a person, he doesn't talk too much, just gets on with the job in hand - I like that.
2. I hated the Flint-stones costumes, and even the Jai Ho ones - they detracted from (or do I mean distracted from?) the dancing, they were just too loud and OTT. Also Louise's hair! Will and Karen, and also Kevin and Louise, looked better in training than on the live show.
3. Ore was just brilliant!
4. Naga did some nice, graceful leg stuff a couple of times, but each time the camera panned off too quickly and I couldn't see it all - annoying!
5. Loved Greg and Natalie's lifts, Natalie looked so graceful and light for such a tall lady!

1. The costumes were great tonight, the props not so much. Too many problems caused by over-complexity. I felt for Naga and Judge Rinder as I think their malfunctions affected their confidence and concentration.

2. I don't understand why Louise was described as looking "confident" when she came across as very self-conscious and didn't attack the dance at all. Even the iconic end shot to the dance was filmed at a strange angle so as presumable not to look too raunchy.

3. Loved loved loved Claudia and AJ's Charleston. It looked like such a fun and infectious dance. Claudia's respect for the judges comments and opinions is refreshing as well.

4. Wow there were a lot of dances again tonight.

5. I'm glad Joanne was specifically praised for her choreography as she's had a lot of stick over the first two weeks. Nice to see her getting it right and getting acknowledged.
