I'm no fan, but come on, this show is a complete joke. At about 5pm one of them was doing a Periscope live video getting his makeup done. They could have told them way earlier if they weren't going to be on the show. It's a complete setup for publicity. I'm no fan of them but it's horrible treatment.

The night felt off, it was like The Brooks was planned to have a big performance which was missed due to this story which has then made the first live show look awful.

Or was this just a stunt to make The Brooks look like bad boys?

The story has been in the media for about a week! They have obviously just taken this story and used it for publicity.

The original story was about a supposedly one-off simple altercation at a party where she got involved in a fight between him and a mate.

She's now alleging continued domestic abuse over a four year period and that he made her lie to The X Factor about the nature of the original story.

I agree they should not be allowed to perform on a show after this when previous contestants have had to leave due to assault - never mind josh - keep your fists to yourself next time - lesson learned

I dont know if this story is true or not but dont underestimate how controlling some 14 year olds can be. And 14 year old girls would think it was a sign of his love.

I'm not saying he didn't do this, nor that 14 year olds can not be manipulative and threatening, BUT if the Police were called six times, as was alleged, how come the parents didn't put a stop to it? I agree if it was going on behind closed doors they may not have known, but the moment a 14 year old is interviewed by the Police a responsible adult needs to be in attendance. At this point I would have taken the little sh*t outside and given him some justice of my own!

Story does not make that much sense, the girl has 'blocked him' on all platforms and just 'wants it all to be over', well surely it is all over if he is getting on with his life on x factor and has no contact with her? YET she has brought up every apparent gory detail to the press thus opening a huge can of worms. What exactly is her game?

I think those pics of her have been lifted from her social media and yet again some of your comments show a complete lack of understanding about domestic abuse.

i have some first and second hand experience of domestic abuse and must say her story rang true to me! I'm not saying it is true but she certainly sounds like a DA victim.

Plus i doubt x factor just suspended them like that without at least a bit of checking prior to taking action.

The timing of her story is likely aimed at doing him maximum damage but if true I don't blame her for one second!
