Yet the exact same people who say they have sympathy for Laura are those who spend their time accusing Georgia of faking / exaggerating her illness, and are STILL taking digs at her over it today. As a point of clarity with regards to an earlier post, it was said that she has kept the cameras away from any doctors etc. that's true, but she's certainly kept us up to date with trips to the physio she's had over Twitter, and I see this morning she's once again posted a picture of her damaged leg on Twitter. I have no problem with that, she can do what she likes, but it's not the case that she's been silent about her injury.
Why was this thread even brought back up again? Supposedly because there are 11 people who are praising Georgia, saying she's wonderful, and at the same time 'abusing' Laura saying that they hope she never dances again. Why then, have we not got a single shred of evidence to prove that these accounts actually exist?
I genuinely question why, out of all the celebs last year, Georgia comes in for criticism most frequently. The bias of some people on here was exposed so completely in that thread yesterday, in a thread entitled 'Georgia didn't wish Laura well' she was immediately criticized for the tweet which she sent during the launch show which DID wish Laura well! I appreciate that Georgia's very beautiful, most probably very rich, clearly extremely talented, and to top it off, in my opinion, a kind, genuine, down to earth person - it's enough to make people extremely jealous seemingly.”
Oh Brian ....
Anyway, the "ill voice" has been used by many a celebrity (Letitia Dean anyone?) and most famously by Laila Rouss - remember the ice pack on top of the Ugg boot? The fact that a lot of them have played up to the sympathy vote makes - to me anyway - it all the more admirable that Laura hasn't. Yes, she's tweeted about it - of course, why wouldn't she? But all she said on the filmed slot with her and Giovanni was that she was gutted. No tears, no silly voices - just honesty.
