Totally agree. Laura and Gio are only dance partners and even it's more, it's nothing to do with us. They are both single. There is nothing happening between the two them.
Amazing thing is some fans are abusive and some others "I can never watch Gio dance with anyone else."?? "G&G forever" ?? Who says such things on twitter??

I think that it's a bit unfair to assume that a couple of awful comments from a few individuals represents a specific celebrity fans as a whole.

So you have spotted a total of 11 people who are supposedly positive about Georgia and also being abusive to Laura since Saturday, saying things such as 'karma, faking it, you deserve it, hope you never dance again".

To me, your statement is entirely unsubstantiated - if you can provide evidence of these messages sent to her, and the positive ones sent to Georgia from these 11 fans, I would be most grateful, otherwise your statement remains unsubstantiated.

If I go into the other 10, I am sure to find more. I just don't want to look at anymore negative stuff, really pisses me off. I don't care whether you believe me or not.

In your first post you had seen "another 10 and all of them are ... abusive towards Laura", but in your second post you seem somewhat less certain that you have looked in the other accounts and seen these messages as you say "If I go into the other 10, I am sure to find more".

Until you actually provide evidence, of course I am not going to believe you. Speaking personally, I have not seen one single message saying any of the things such as 'karma, faking it, you deserve it, hope you never dance again'. You may not care whether I believe you or not, but I care when GG fans are accused of saying things such as 'you deserve it, hope you never dance again' and then no evidence is provided for it.

I feel sorry for Laura that she has had what seems to have been quite a serious injury, and I do so agree with you that I don't agree with kicking people when they're down. I remember when Georgia was reportedly ill during the show last year, she too had people accusing her of faking it, people saying that she was exaggerating when she said she had symptoms such as that she had been feeling very badly out of sorts, and people were saying that she just had a sore throat rather than any of these other symptoms - I should imagine it would be upsetting for Georgia should she have read that.

I've just had a look through most of the tweets sent to Laura since Saturday and apart from one or two they are extremely positive, sending her positive vibes, get well soon and they hope to see her dance next week.

None of the negative tweets i saw came from 'Georgia fans' - all i can find is a couple of tweets from idiots saying she's pulled a sickie. I cannot find a tweet from anyone that says 'get what you deserve, karma, hope you never dance again'.

i'd say Anastacia had a far worse deal with tweets and insults over her injury regarding the no dance off.

I would be shocked if anyone was saying these things, GG fans are not, and I would be arguably more shocked if someone were to make up that there was 11 accounts with people were saying these things. The fact that you have not provided any evidence of the messages on these 11 accounts means that I cannot realistically believe you.

Trust me, I have seen enough. Just a small minority who can't accept. Not all the fans are as nice as you, Lozzer I think you and Star are very nice.

Look through thier mentions on social media it's there. Yes not all are from 'Georgia fans' but there has been a steady stream of negative comments to Laura and Gio from 'Georgia fans' since thier partnership was announced. It seems to have died down a bit lately IMHO but it's been a thing for sure.

I'm not a fan of Laura and Gio on the dancefloor they don't excite me as a partnership, but why keep going on about a small minority. I'm sure Laura can deal with it, its not nice but she probably has had it before for other reasons. Hazzard of being a celeb with a social media account.

I just went on to Twitter and checked too - overwhelming messages of support and only a couple of off comments - not at all bad but trying to be funny ha ha from people who are not GG fans.

Yes, I've just been on Twitter and looked through the feed of messages sent to @thewhitmore and others talking about Laura and can't see any such messages that Sarah suggests.


This thread has been brought back up today for a reason though, and that's supposedly because Sarah has found 11 accounts in which people have been praising Georgia and saying abusive things to Laura such as 'hope you never dance again' - I think you would agree that things like that are deeply unpleasant things to say, hence why I'd be shocked if you had 11 people who had been sending nice things to Georgia and saying things like that about Laura.

We asked for any evidence - so far none has been forthcoming.

If you don't want to give the links to the account Sarah, or mention names, you could easily type up a bit of some of the tweets, then people can put that into the search function on Twitter and spot the tweets.

I don't think Sarah is asserting that there are a lot of these messages or that they are the majority, BUT there is a definite pattern of nasty tweets from the same people, regardless of whether Sarah has quoted them verbatim or not the underlying sentiment is there. There's no need to acuse her of lying or anything.

If you just search for '@thewhitmore karma' it's one of the first tweets that comes up and then you can see the ones it's linked to. (I didn't look too far though, as frankly they're scary people )

Nobody has accused Sarah of lying.

But this thread was brought up today specifically talking about people who have sent nice tweets to Georgia being 'abusive' towards Laura. I'm merely asking Sarah to at least provide some evidence of these tweets/messages from these 11 accounts which have been nice about Georgia yet have directed tweets at Laura which have been abusive, saying something on the lines of "karma / hope you never dance again' as no one else can find them.

Are these from people who have sent nice, positive tweets to Georgia?
