If you're talking about now I would say the Fowler/Slater household
![]() If you're talking in the history of the show it was always the Watts and the Fowlers

The Mitchells. But without Phil.
I like it when he's not around. Sharon is a much better character when he's not with her and I like Ben and Sharon's relationship. Ben and Jay's relationship is great. and I also like Honey although she's stuck with Boring Billy so doesn't get much of a chance to shine. Although I totally agree with the decision to write out Ronnie and Roxy I do enjoy the fact no ****s are given about the Ronnie/Jack/Sharon triangle from a few years ago and they all get along like a house on fire these days. In spite of Phil I like the fact Shirley is more involved with the Mitchells again. The Carters are boring as ****. Also enjoy the odd visit from Aunt Sal. |

The Fowler's for me. Just wish there was an old relation they could move in with them in a Lou Beale sort of way. I think Aunty Nellie is probably dead now but she would have been ideal.

I know Stacey's nan is dead, but presumably she had three other grandparents out there? Unless I'm mistaken Jeans parents have never been referenced? |

Curent clans only.

I quite like their set up and I'm glad they are no longer crammed into the flat. .I do like the Beales, but Ian has always been a slimy sod at one point or another so were never my favourites. At one point I would have voted the Carters but the family is being decimated one-by-one. When Masood, Shabs and Tamwar were in it I may have voted them. I love Sharon but not so much with Philth. The only Mitchell's I like are Jay (if you consider him one), Ben, Sharon (Really a Watts) and Ronnie. Philth, Grunt, the Slapper and the Banshee and Roxy I never liked from day one. EDIT: Love Honey and Billy has improved since her re-appearance

I voted the Beales as they have always been my favourite famiky and I consider the Fowler/Slaters a branch of them (and I think they are a great unit). The core Beales have been dragged down with the aftermath of who killed Lucy but I still enjoy watching them, particularly Ian

The Fowler/Slaters - although I much prefer the Fowlers (Martin, Stacey) to the Slater side (Kyle, Belinda).
