Garlic/ cod liver oil capsules....yes or no
Do you or have you used them.
Do you continue as you feel they are worth it, or just thought they were a waste of money. |

I have cod liver oil every day........a 1000mg capsule
I was having arthritic pains in my joints, particularly knees and fingers.......it got to the point about 4 years ago where I couldn't bend my thumbs That's when I started on the cod liver oil and after a few weeks I've no longer had pain in my knees and my fingers are almost fully functional big improvement ! Can't see the point in garlic tablets but then I eat garlic pretty regularly anyway and my diet isn't too bad |

I will see if anyone here uses the capsules. |
