As far as I understand Brooks Way are still in the X factor.

A couple of tabloids are quoting sources as saying they are axed but there has been no formally statement by X factor so they remain suspended

They have to sort this out quickly but this does appear to a tricky one in that they need proof of guilt or the victim to confirm the allegations and it is not clear if they have that.

they only want to cut out the only competitors left for matt and achieved that. even if they keep them they're screwed in the voting now.

Nothing happened to it but this is not a court of law. They have to act now and decide whether they risk the X Factor being won by someone who turns out to be a criminal. It would be usual for any company to suspend someone in this situation, the problem is they haven't got time to decide on action like a 'normal' company would.

Just read the girlfriends statement on her social media and alI she said was she didn't sell the story her friends did , but nothing saying it is not true .

Very confusing.

No doubt they will be back next week but they won't last long as they will face a backlash.

the girl is claiming he did not abuse her though.
all rather odd
Didnt she just say she dint sell the story not that it wasnt true?

Yesterday the lad was saying"Its fabricated allegations" today it's "not completely true"

Will be funny to call back GirlNextDoor yet again

Call back Bratavio

Realistically they have to bring back 4ofD?
I really do hope that they do bring back 4ofD!

Maybe this was all planned from the beginning.....I always thought it odd that they didn't get chosen in the first place....
