The Stax reveal would definitely be my number 1. I also enjoyed 2009 and 2013

No brainer for me. The "Stax" reveal, it was brilliant.

A happy xmas is long overdue 😮😮😮
I have to go with 2007. To be honest none of the last ten years have been what I would prefer to see. Nothing wrong with love and happiness at xmas |

There hasn't been a memorable Christmas episodes since about 2009. I can remember the one last year in particular being a long boring slog from start to finish and I felt that it was a complete waste of an hour watching it on Christmas Day.
2007 could be argued as the most successful and popular one after 1986. |

Stax was by far the greatest Christmas episode of all time.
Out of interest was Eastenders shown twice that night because I'm near sure it ended when the video was shown? |

2007 definitely, followed by 09. The last few Christmases have been nothing to write home about. This Christmas will be 10 years since Pauline died, hope they don't forget about it.

The episode where Janine got arrested was the best. Stax is the most overrated storyline ever. Two vile slags getting caught out cheating. Meh.

Stax for me. For the most part that story was awful but the reveal paid off.

2009 was probably the best of the last decade.
2008, 2011 and 2014 were the worst. |

2009 was underrated. Wish we had more of Archie and Janine together. Larry Lamb and Charlie Brooks were great together.
The Janine episodes were always the best. The one where she stabbed herself and tried to blame Stacey. Being thrown out of The Vic. Getting arrested after David grasses on her. Basically I miss Janine/Charlie Brooks. |

2007 could be argued as the most successful and popular one after 1986. However I did the Monday and Tuesday episode after Christmas!, they were great, Shirty drowning Dean in the bathtub, after her stopping Dean from attacking Roxy! |

2006 for me. Honourable mentions to 2009 and 2013.
As entertaining as 2007 was, I can't overlook the fact it was the climax to a storyline that was largely bloody awful. |

I voted 2009 but nearly went for 2013. I also thought last year's was pretty good with game changing events for the Beales and Mitchell's over the Bobby storyline and also Fatboy's death.
The 2014 Episode shown on Boxing Day (which was still Xmas Day within the show) was quite good but the hour on Xmas Day itself was dire in my opinion, despite Linda finally telling Mick about the rape. I'm afraid i have always thought 2007 was hugely over rated. It was okay but far from great. |

2011 Boxing Day (the B&B fire) was also much better than the bizarre Christmas Day ep.
2014 was the most overhyped piece of rubbish DTC ever produced. "The best EastEnders Christmas since 1986" my arse. |
