Samantha is very likeable, much more than the other two girls. I don't think she was given a great song choice last week, but even so she's still got much more potential than Emily and Gifty and I find her quite endearing. With the right song she'll be fine I think.

i'm from edinburgh as well but know dundee fairly well as i worked there for a bit and have friends/relatives there as well

I like her style of Music, however her vocal will need to dramatically improve for me to be able to justify supporting her in any way.
Unfortunately you have to look like a pop star to be a pop star these days...and she doesn't look like a pop star...she's not particularly attractive by pop star standards and basically looks like the daughter of Edith Bowman .........plus her song and performance on the live show wasn't very good !

You don't have to be attractive to be a pop star. It can help, but it's not a necessity.

Samantha and gifty have a pop star look , Emily doesn't
Watching her perform is like watching a child at a school talent show. I just don't think she's very good. Other girls who are her age (for example Samantha) and other girls her age in previous years have been far, far better. I can't believe she was given the pimp slot and bigged up so much by the judges. She was below average in my opinion.
