I think it will as it been unavailable at retailers such as Amazon for a while and they are already appearing on Ebay from the scalppers. I preordered mine in July from Amazon.

I still think it's a waste of money. £50 for what is basically just another NES emulator.

Got a email saying it is packed and ready.
Getting this one for my Brother who loves Mario games the classics most off all. He can't use Emulators as he is disabled and only has the mental age of a 3 year old so this will be perfect for him. |

My order (a christmas present for my sister) has been despatched from the Nintendo UK store.
I'm hoping that I'll receive it as a Christmas gift myself (this Christmas being the 25th anniversary that I had the original - which I still have but it doesn't work like it used to) It will sell well....many people I know are either buying it for someone or receiving it for Christmas. |

I've read (for some odd reason) they don't come with a plug is this a Nintendo thing as the last 2 EDS's I got didn't either.

(Does someone get paid to moderate/administrate these forums? I volunteer on two others that are better moderated than DS by volunteers! )

If not, we all have stacks of these lying around anyway, or most modern TVs come with USB sockets that could be used to power the device anyway (which could actually be safer for kids and convenient for travel) |

It comes with 30 games built in, that's it. There's no way to add others. |

I ended up buying a New 3DS to play NES classics on.
£50 for a mini NES where only about 8 games interest me... |

Mine has been delivered and there is no plug.
No problem as I spares and they are pretty easy to get. |

Controller cable is a big issue, it's tiny.

You need to be sitting right next to it- Picture of my one.
Bit of a shame as it looks and plays marvellously. |
