Favourite Phil Collins song?
You Can't Hurry Love
The Supremes version.
Against All Odds
Another day in paradise probably, such a great song but I believe got a lot of criticism at the time because it was a protest song about homelessness.
Big fan of In the air tonight and against all odds as well. His cover of you can't hurry love also great.
From the list - In the Air tonight but overall Strangers Like Me from Tarzan.

You just can't cook gloves
No, you'll just have to lose weight
Gloves don't cook easy
It's a shame they will not bake

I'm not a fan but Against All Odds and Easy Lover are both definitely classics, and in my opinion both better songs than In The Air Tonight. Admittedly Collins only co-wrote Easy Lover.
Our first wedding dance song - You'll be in my heart.

The number of covers of it suggest Against All Odds is a bit of a classic as far as ballads go.
In the Air Tonight is his only remotely cool track though thanks to its almost constant use in hip-hop.
I Wish It Would Rain Down
One More Night.
I prefer it to In The Air Tonight, although both songs are very good.
Something Happened on the Way to Heaven
In the air tonight, I missed again, or as the boys at school sang I'm pissed again

and Easy Lover.
Voted for In the air tonight, classic track.

There's nowt about "solo" in the thread title.
My favourite is "I Know What I Like"!
voted for One More Night, also rate the unlisted If Leaving Me Is Easy
Probably Against All Odds.
The Postal Service version is really good too which I think is a sign of a good song when a cover rivals the original.
is it me or did digital spy completely ignore a wee press conference the other day that announced NOT DEAD YET!!!
