Definitely Jessica, Kar-thick and Mukai should have gone. Can't see Lord Alan having the patience working with any of them.

Natalie was never going to offer anything but at least one of Karthik and Mukai should have gone too.

Mukai wax absolutely useless

McCoy and Carsick should also have joined Natalie on her way out.

With six candidates to choose from, I'm surprised LS only chucked one! Mukai should have gone along with Natalie.

I would definitely have got rid of Mukai and Natalie. I'm surprised Mukai survived after his poor showing both weeks, while Natalie doesn't seem to have her heart in it.

Karthik was a tough one. He seemed intent of causing drama for the sake of it, almost like a performance for the cameras than caring about the task. Would probably have kept him to see how he'd handle the responsibility and attention he so craves as a PM of a task (poor team).

Between four of them but I would have fired Jessica for being utterly annoying..

If I were Lord Sugar I honestly would have gone for a 4 way split.

Karthik for being totally disruptive and unnecessarily brutish (why the hell did he want sole control of the ad editing?)

Mukai for being completely useless as a team leader and deliberately cutting off communication with his sub team (and then went on to blame "lack of communication" twice for failure of the task)

Jessica for being extremely annoying, paranoid and just utterly disconnected from reality.

And finally Natalie for being asked what she actually did only to repeat "I tried me best Lord Sugah" like a broken clock.

Utterly awful candidates.

That said, MASSIVE respect to JD for basically calling out the bullshit of the boardroom in the lads cab ride back to the house.

Also, Alana got massively done up this episode, thought she was actually quite competent this week until the final boardroom.
Purple.

Jessica and Natalie.

JD shouldn't even have been in the boardroom.

I would have fired Natalie and Mukai (one from each team). Glad I never have to see Natalie's gormless face again.

Jessica and Mukai were VERY lucky, but I knew Jessica wouldn't be fired this early on, and also in her credit she did a good pitch. I believe Mukai being so calm and collected in the boardroom helped him a lot.

Alana and JD should never have been in the boardroom.

Agree. I'd have fired all three of them. Natalie did what she was told. Not everyone has a leading role in every task, certainly at this early stage. She did always look like there was a permanent bad smell under her nose though!
I thought JD seemed fairly level headed and seemed disgusted at the other two's behaviour. Alana just seemed a bit overwhelmed in the boardroom and seemed fine in the task.

JD is now my front runner. He actually seems sensible and normal!

On 'You're Fired' Natalie said she had never watched the show, and her brother filled in the application form without her knowing, and then she went along with it.

It did make an interesting 'You're Fired' because I don't think she was that bothered (and it showed)

I'd have fired Mukhai for being utterly useless, Natalie for living on Planet Natalie and Alana for not standing up for herself.

JD shouldn't have been there, Claude obviously told Sir Alan about Mukhais refusal to listen to Karthik and allow him his 5 minutes to try re- editing which probably saved him, and Karen pointed out that Jessica had calmed down on day 2, and her good presentation probably saved her.

Alana has now been in 2 boardrooms out of 2, and hasn't come across that well in either - I'd say she's a goner on her next appearance in there.

Mukai for failing to get the brief done, showed poor PM skills in that he didn't put the right people in the right place.

Jessica doesn't deal well with pressure, and cannot focus.

Karthik he who shouts loudest is not always right. Exactly what did he do the last couple of tasks except talk about himself?

Natalie she was lucky to survive last week, and fluffed a girls hair this week.

Rebecca her branding / marketing of a luxury product was waaaaay off, a lot of the disconnect between product and market lies at her door.

Dillon bad time management and the the yellow screamed "tacky".

Triple firing please. Mukai (YAWN) Karthik (YUK) and Natalie (WHO?)

Karthik may be good but you need to have humility or at least show it, in any team in real business with him you'd just be there to drive him and give his mono brow a comb and thats it.
