No Rumba will ever beat Kara and Artem's.

I think it says something about Aljaz's choreography - not as challenging as Helen got last year perhaps ? The QS last week was very safe and slow as well, but that could be the producer's fault for giving them such a slow song ?

I have to agree with Craig, there was no chemistry, left me very cold. This coming from a Aljaz fan. I would love to do a Rumba or an AT, with him.

For me there was not much hip movement and I felt she was very static.

The rumba is very difficult and I don't think she got the idea that you should never stop but move through the movement very slowly. Lots of people don't at the begining and it takes practice. I think she did OK for only a weeks practice. Anastasia was better though.

Its not just the Rhumba. I think Daisy has been overrated and favoured so far.

I was slightly disappointed in Daisy's rumba as I fully expected her to walk well (she's a model, walked well in the cha cha cha) but she didn't show much else. Anastasia had better arms.

I didn't like it much, either. It felt stilted to me, and as someone else mentioned there was no chemistry between them whatsoever.

Anastacia's was rubbish . . Daisy's was decent enough and she at least linked the posing with some sexy gyrating . Anasta just posed, walked and sat on the floor contemplating her navel while poor auld breathless Brendan danced around her . Boring .

Yes, I agree. I didn't mind the scores, but I don't think they matched the feedback. She was overly praised.

There was very little chemistry or content in either of the Rumbas from what I could see, but Daisy had more elegance and poise than Anastacia and kept her balance better. It's a difficult dance to make look good on Strictly as it tends to just be posing anyway, it's very rarely magic (Kara & Artem's being the last really good one!)

I agree. I've warmed to her as a person, but her dancing isn't great.

I've been sticking up for her til now but tonight I felt she was over-praised. If anything, I found Daisy's Rumba more stop-starty than Anastacia's (and danced with less feeling).

That's what the Rumba is in my eyes - simply walking, posing and the woman gyrating her bottom slowly to the floor at one point. It's by far my least favourite dance....

When we get the rare really good one, I can see it's much more than that. But too many of them do end up looking like a series of poses.
