"Two 100% British & Irish beef patties, Smoky BBQ sauce, Beechwood smoked bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, Hot & Spicy Mayo, lettuce and a slice of tomato, in a glazed paprika topped bun"

What's, er, South African about it?

Nothing at all. I'd say it's far more American than anything.

Don't get me started on this topic. (whoops, too late).

I bombarded this forum over multiple years over the Tastes of America promos, where burgers supposedly pertaining to cities/regions of the USA had little relation to those locations.

Like many of the USA promos, this South African burger is once again just a bacon and cheese burger in a slightly different bun, with generic sauces and the cheese might be slightly more interesting than the usual bland cheddar slice.

There should be a boerewors patty with some biltong on the top.
