She is not arrogant. I think a lot of people are mistaking confidence for arrogance. She may be a perfectionist and determined to work for her career, but that doesn't make her arrogant. She truly is such a humble and genuine personality. What happened at the Six Chair Challenge was most definitely scripted for drama.
Btw, she has not done Eurovision twice. She's placed second in the national final.
