The sound engineering on that performance is horrendous and I wish they'd stop lipping to the MP3 version. Record some live vocals! They all looked great though (bar Jade's gloves)

The harmony on the outro was completely live though. The chorus is pretty heavy for them to sing live, there has to be some compromise. The verses were all live too and Leigh doesn't have to sing her high note in every performance.

I know but out of the four performances of SOTME she only did it live once. Her high note on XF was definitely not live, at least not in the video they put on YT. It just makes me wonder why she doesn't do it. That's it. Hope she's not getting insecure about her vocals again.

I don't think she's being insecure at all. All big stars dodge a note....especially when their voice might not be on top form. She did it live in Belgium and it sounded fine and I thought the X Factor one was live?

Thats a fact as i remember Sia mentioning getting advice from Adele about avoiding big notes when you don't feel up to it.

Well she hit her high notes in SLS night after night on tour and all the other songs she has high notes on like Little Me etc. This note in SOTME is not the highest she's hit so I think she's just taking it easy or she might just be feeling lazy with the travelling etc.
