They're doing fantastic with neutrals on Twitter today, now that we've run through the hardcore pop fan base. Lots of surprise how good the full album is. Now they just need to get it in front of as many people as possible.

People freaking out about the tour dates. May I remind the members of the Jury, that last time the tour went up July 10 and they didnt start adding dates until Sept/Oct/Nov. Its only been 5 weeks since this went up and they already added. They'll add more. Its a year away in the UK.

I'm really hoping they add another Glasgow (not matinee) date as I was unwell when they first came out so wasn't able to get them. I've never seen the girls live before and I'd love to be able to!

I've been listening to the album while out walking today and I must say that Touch really has stuck in my head so that's a good sign if it's planned to be the next single.

Touch, Oops, Private Show and Beep Beep are the ones that get stuck in my head most often, with Your Love trailing (love the delicate sections!) and then NMSS and NEM and NLY... the album is just loaded like that.

Freak is the one I *still* can't remember no matter how hard I try. Every track save D&D is giving me a replay craving, I finish a track and find myself wanting to replay the previous one.

The biggest problem with D&D for me is that they just aren't behind it emotionally like the rest of the album. Don't get me wrong, they nail the vocals and it shows they can do harder stuff and sound sharp doing it... but I just want the warmth and openness/connection of the rest of the album. I've seen a decent amount of hype for it on Twitter though.

Twitter also wanted OMG and Grown so there's that.

^I saw at least one person on Twitter who became (and has remained) a fan because of Clued Up.

:/

You said you watched in VLC, any way to just check out the resolution?

the one of Hair on Youtube was 1920x1080, it'd be pretty baffling for the actual DVD file to be of a smaller size

GD is a great album so its brilliant seeing those who slated it get mud on their faces.

I'm still not loving Touch, but it DOES get stuck in your head.

Very embarrassing confession. Did not have a clue LM never had a #1 album
I'm not a good fan, am I?
I wish them all the best with GD, truly their best...

GD is predicted to chart at #12 in the US based on sales for 3 days.

I like it! It's not a favourite of mine but I don't think it's quite as bad as people like to make out. I just have to make myself forget that Jessie J had anything to do with it because she really irritates me for some reason!
(She wrote it, yeah?)

I like it all right. Shh. Would not exactly be my pick off GW to convert people though.

Yup, this has been a long time coming. They've always released on one of the most competitive weeks of the year because it's really all about total sales #s. Been blocked by Eminem and Elvis the last two times out. Finally breaking through now that they have one of the biggest albums of the year, or no doubt Metallica would have blocked them again.

Do you know what, it’s almost as if there’s some sort of appetite for decent pop music by decent pop bands

Peter Robinson ‏@Popjustice 6h
That’s alright though labels, you keep on signing and developing everything else

Let me ask again. Reliable source and not someone on Twitter just saying it? Twitter is not an industry source.

Agreed on that one.

Allegra, yeah it was Jessie J. I like some of her songs, but she is very irritating .
