Yep, only in Belgium. I imagine it'll be great to pave the way for Touch in case it has more appeal.

If only I had as much faith in Touch as everybody else. Griffiths said they really thought this album would break them everywhere including the US and they seem to be heavily depending on Touch to do it.

It's far from a guarantee. I really wish MNEK had gotten slightly more sparky vocals out of them. I just think it's not too likely SOTMX is capable of doing things Touch isn't.

I don't have much faith in Touch either as there are better tracks to choose from. The other side though is it would give the US public a better understanding of what they can produce in as much as its not all BM, Hair or SOTME type tracks.

I don't have any faith in touch as a breakout hit...

if i were to rank the trakcs it wouldnt even be in the top half

Lets hope we're anti jinxing it and it goes on to be a huge hit.

Whereas, SOTMX already smashed a lot of barriers for LM.

Yeah so true. I am often surprised by a lot of tracks that chart well like Chainsmokers current hit which I cant get into.

I actually really think Touch starts of extremely strong and the verses are great but I find the chorus a little boring. Definitely repetitive and not enough sparkle in it like SOTME. No More Sad Songs is definitely my most played at the moment.

Fascinating -
I have the greatest trouble with the first 40 seconds... a complete turn-off for me..so I've had to push myself to get past it..
I agree with the repetitive view, but I think the track as a whole is only 'ok'.

I wouldn't even choose F.U. for a lead, although I like it a lot..

Imo, what's needed is a sharp shock to the US listening public.- Hit them with 'Power',
Private Show' or even 'Freak'

In other words something completely unexpected..
Make them sit up and take notice.......

I think the fan mentioned Nutella because in the sugarscape interview the other day, there was a question where they all answered Nutella.

I agree completely oldmixer, that's why I think SOTME had actually a decent shot of at least going Top 40. US radio right now is so -chill-, bit of a snoozefest.

Also search for "little mix new album" on twitter and ser how this one is reasonating well with older girls, good sign.

A little review from an old Scandinavian Mixer. First I want to congratulate Little Mix for an almost perfect album. It's a joy to listen to - and what do I mean by that? I'm sitting here with a similar feeling like when in my youth played a new Beatles record for the first time - what is coming now? what freaky numbers? what can you feel? It was not the first couple of albums Beatles made but around 3 or 4 they began to experiment and the same goes for Little Mix. You have their anthem SOTME which is really good. They play with their voices, small supplying sounds your not remarking the first couple of times you listen to it. Perfect harmonies - they are really playing with their voices. I won't take all numbers but a couple of numbers where they are experiencing with their voices or playing with a surprising text. Take F.U. where you have a genious line, a floating along tune - little lazy, but where they really take up serious problems and cover that with beautiful harmonies. Another of my favorites is You Gotta Not where you can see the old female teacher pointing finger and some harsh remarks to the lazy mothers boy still living at home 35 years old and also telling what they need - genious - again covered with beautiful harmonies and effects. The second last I will talk about is Nothing Else Matters which shows what a good teamwork they have - up tempo perfect for a concert sing along. The last one is Beep Beep which is funny, sexy, crazy, lazy sort of rocky number I like through the years - well not suitable for American radio but also really a concert banger. People singing along will have a really party especially if they bring along the person they are doing it with. Well not bad from a 67 year old me thinks - inside still around 20 - well time flies. What's your favorites and why?

I agree with not choosing FU. I love it but wouldn't want it as a single. I love Power, Private Show and Freak but the girls said in an interview they love the ballads. The randomness of Power makes it interesting and will actually make people notice it. I hope they don't base the success of SLS on releasing another ballad. The up-tempo's are much more dominating in my honest opinion.

Ooohh that's good news. I think a lot of people who love LM don't actually admit it. Even all the reaction videos on YouTube tend to come from "adults" and they love it.

Brian Cantor loves them. He included all the ameliorating circumstances around the sales figures.

Little Mix's "Glory Days" is expected to sell about 15,000 pure US copies this week.

An opening week US sales projection has finally emerged for Little Mix’s “Glory Days.”

According to Hits Daily Double, the girl group’s fourth studio album is on track to sell 14-16,000 pure US copies this week. The tally would mark a decline from the 22,000 opening sales figure posted by previous album “Get Weird.”

“Get Weird,” of course, benefited from a stronger US campaign. Its lead single “Black Magic” impacted radio months prior to the album’s release and was also promoted during US television appearances.

Lead “Glory Days” single “Shout Out To My Ex,” on the other hand, has not yet officially gone for US radio adds.

Depending on how holdover and holiday releases fare in the latter portion of the week, “Glory Days” has a shot at a Top 20 bow on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart. “Get Weird” debuted at #9 on Top Album Sales.

Projections for total consumption or the album’s debut position on the Billboard 200 consumption chart were not available at press time.

“Glory Days” will meanwhile challenge for #1 in the group’s UK home.

Glad you liked the album! I'm still having a hard time picking favorites, personally. Right now I'm just in the phase where I know what's getting stuck in my head. Right now people are speculating Touch -> Oops -> NMSS/Power for singles.

Thanks for mentioning it, just gave it a spin. They have some nice vocal tones! The production is very... polite. Don't see a hit but probably something that their longtime fans will enjoy.

Went to Target today and was surprised to find copies of Glory Days for sale. They only had the standard edition unfortunately, I really wanted a physical of the deluxe.

I'm also disappointed with the album booklet. There are no lyrics and they forgot to label Jesy and Jade on one of the pictures.. Oh well.

Shame. There are lyrics on my deluxe version.

I thought it wasn't too great.

I was getting some No More Sad Songs vibes from it, although it may just be (been a long day at work and I've had a few glasses of red )

Don't think it will be a hit. I mean when all five of them got together in 2007 and released Headlines, I'm pretty sure that didn't do too well. I suppose they made tonnes of money from that tour though. I actually went to go see it myself and it was brilliant

Yeah, I don't think it's getting officially released, but it's hard to see it doing anything even if it were. Take it as a nice "thinking of you" gift for the fans.

They won't be playing Glastonbury without a live band. Beyoncé was great and she did do some dancing. LM would go down well at Glasto.

'Touch' might be a breakthrough single. It has grown on me.
