I like both songs so I'm happy...

Ok I hope they're not performing thrice, that'd be too much.

Probably Touch on the live show and Oops on the xtra factor, acap, I guess.

I do hope the performance is more on the 5 minute side in terms of the length and they don't make the performance too short just because it's a medley of 2 songs. It's important the audience hears as much of the songs as possible.

I say their prob gonna start mellow with Oops. Charlie does his verse, chorus then BOOM....Touch!”

Or that, just like they did with LMLY/Black Magic. That was a WOW factor performance...

Are they doing a medley or 2 full songs?

Btw what do people mean when they say a song is an "album seller"? Wouldnt every popular song help to draw attention to its album?

From the spoilers thread:

Rylan just was giving final exclusives in relation to the final on Saturday

There will be a performance from a yet unannounced artist, which will be an exclusive.
The Weeknd, Little Mix and Kylie Minogue will be performing.
2 X Factor winners will come together for an incredible duet
One of the confirmed acts to perform on the final will do a duet with one of the acts.

LM was a winner, would it be them and someone else or another 2 winners? Was Charlie the exclusive at the time? Will he duet?”

Weren't there rumors that The Weeknd would perform with 5AM?

I think James Arthur will be back for the final and probably Louisa as well?

LM performing with a contestant too would be too much. Two songs are more than enough.

I read that as 2 winners duetting with each other? LM and Steve Brookstein?

Will LM get a nice montage? Its their 5 year anniversary of winning on Sunday.

Definitely not. See 7/27 or any florida album.

Surely there must be something special planned for five years as so few acts make it that far not to mention seriously increasing their sales.

Some are speculating that Leona would duet with JA, which would make sense if the theme for Sunday is to remind the public that XF has produced successful winning acts.

I'll probably never see any of this, the vids will be geoblocked and taken down.

Its amazing to see them dominating the UK now after the early years. Feels pretty darn good actually.

Just catching up! So glad they're doing Oops on Sunday. After many listens, I love it.

Another track that has grown on me is NMSS. It was just kind of 'there' on my first listen, and it's now one of my faves.

I'm laughing at some people panicking that Oops might do better with the public than Touch after Sunday. Amongst First World problems wouldnt that be a good one to have? Having a song people like (maybe 2) instead of trying to force one at the public? I dont get fans. Touch is going to have airplay and a video anyway.

Spoiler
Then again, That's My Girl

Another grower. Listening to the album in the car has made a great difference to many songs for me haha. In fact, the only songs I'm not really a fan of are Touch and Beep Beep.

It's a nice spin on your typical break-up song. I also admire how it changes the usual narrative we're used to from the girls and pop songs in general. No longer is it "you broke my heart etc." - they're acknowledging the fact that the relationship has ended and will get over their other half by drowning them out with the music, engaging with new people - not by sulking and delving into their ice cream or being surrounded by their 'girls'.

Jesy's "I will only hurt myself, tryna hurt you" in particular is one of the strongest moments on the album lyrically - the realisation that your own worth is more important than anything else. Rather than acting out irrationally "Boys suck!" etc. there's actually a more mature stand point being taken. More of this on future albums please ladies.

Yep, it would be great if they move on from the youthful reaction of hitting out to more thoughtful songs going forward. Now that they have more life experience themselves they can probably relate better too. They could get some great songs that arent just ballads, you can still have an uptempo with thoughtful lyrics.

Two songs, and two NEW songs at that! YAY! It will be interesting to see how they chart and how long they will stay in the chart.

If they're bringing Charlie for Sunday would they do the same for the Today show on the Thursday? Blitzkrieg?

There was a rumour of LM and Louisa together but I doubt they'll be performing 3 times. I wish
